Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Mueang Chiang Mai District

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

I’ve been to Chiang Mai many times and this place was definitely my fave! The location is incredibly convenient as it’s right in the middle of Nimman, so you can walk everywhere (or easily call a Grab). The space itself was nice, stylish, and spacious. The building has a small gym and an outdoor pool, which was nice too. The only thing I wish was improved was the smell of sewage in the master bathroom. It gets pretty intense, but they did offer cleanings and someone came by to pour a solution down the drain that temporarily helped with the scent. Beer’s communication overall was great and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Thanks for a great stay!

I rested comfortably. The location was a little disappointing, but I was able to go anywhere nearby by taxi or motorcycle.

Located next door to the Shangri-La Hotel, you can walk to 7-Eleven in a minute or ten minutes to BigC.If you like the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar Generation, it is basically all within 20 minutes walking distance.And the walking street of the ancient city is half an hour away, but it is very convenient to request a ride. The inside of the apartment is fully equipped, there is also a gym and a small swimming pool on the roof of the building.The interior is not new, but generally acceptable, and the hygiene situation is good. The small drawback is that the soundproofing of the walkway at the entrance door is normal, but the two-bedroom layout of the room has no effect on the bedroom.As well as the windows of the hotel across the road, the curtain needs to be closed all the time if you mind the privacy issue. All in all, it's a very good value for money.

This place was incredible; the apartment was clean and nice and the rooftop pool was stunning. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and so so helpful. Definitely recommend!

They even let me check in and out earlier/ later for free. Super nice and never happened like this to me before. My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if I had any questions. One highlight was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The patio is very well-maintained. We even made a Sunday BBQ and invited our friends. The kitchen is quite well-equipped and spacious compared to other houses in Thailand. It is a golden opportunity for those who love to cook. There is even a billiards and entertainment on the upper floor. The gym belonging to the site is right next to the house. The gym was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The security who constantly roamed the site on bicycles made us feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this house.
