Very nice house, convenient to go anywhere.There are many spa shops nearby.The housekeeper responded promptly and was enthusiastic and proactive.Everything you need for daily life is available, and the cleaning lady is very timely.

Bin was brilliant from start to finish allowed us to check in very early due to my dad being 81 years old. So kind polite fantastic English , just true professional and nice guy. Apartment perfect so cosy . Swimming pool and gym great . Lovely coffee shop in lobby , highly recommend

The place is located in a quiet alley There are restaurants of all sizes next to it There is a vegetarian restaurant about 30 steps away There are also various restaurants in the direction of the street There is also a small vegetable market nearby Actually, what you thought of Everything is available in this neighborhood The interior design is simple, stylish, and artistic Very spacious, plenty of light, and the big sofa is very comfortable The lobby has curtains For me, there is no problem of lack of privacy There are also cooking utensils and a microwave In simple terms The equipment is all there and very clean The bedroom is well air-conditioned, the bed is large and I slept well Meet the owner on the day of check-in She was very friendly and explained the equipment in the house to us Addressing our needs and respond quickly and genuinely It makes us feel as comfortable and at ease as if we were at home She also recommended many tourist attractions Very considerate Next time I come to Chiang Mai, I'll stay at an AirB&B. This is my first choice

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels as warm as home. Fully equipped. There is a small kitchen. Everything is available. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

We had a wonderful short stay in Oliver’s House. It’s close to many international schools while our family doing the school tours. JJ the host was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and peaceful surrounding, we had a great time next to the pool during the sunset. Will definitely stay here again when we are in ChiangMai next.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

The villa was amazing, the pool was great for a few people and the barbecue is great for a family meal! The snacks and drinks were a great touch and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants a relaxing time in Chiang Mai!

Nice & Cosy place , Good hospitality

I traveled more than 20 ours to get in Chiang Mai, and my flight got at the airport at later in the night and Emma send one of the best drive in Chiang Mai to pick me me at the airport to takes to the apartment to do the check in. The apartment look the same as the picture and it is located near by the one the best shopping mall of Chiang Mai. Please if you need a taxi from the airport I really recommend you ask for someone that she knows. Emme helped with her recommendation to have one of the best experience ever outside of my country!. K Amme are amazing host! If you look for place calm, safe and peaceful this is the place! Thank you Emme for make my life easy in Chiang!!!

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. The apartment and entire building are very clean and beautifully maintained. There’s a pool and a small gym, both well-kept. All amenities are available, and everything you need for a short or long stay is provided. I have to mention that the power went out twice for a short time, and the internet briefly stopped working—but this affected the whole area, not just the building, so it’s not the hosts’ fault. All in all, a great deal—I’d book it again without hesitation.
