Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Mueang Chiang Mai District

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé au sein du condominium Astra Sky River. Le logement était impeccable, confortable, très bien équipé et parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. Le grand plus : l’incroyable piscine sur le toit avec une vue panoramique sur Chiang Mai — parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le bâtiment est moderne, sécurisé et très bien entretenu. L’emplacement est top : à quelques minutes du Night Bazaar, de la vieille ville, et avec de nombreuses options pour se restaurer et faire des courses à proximité. Tout est facilement accessible à pied ou en scooter. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et réactive, le check-in/check-out très simple. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, que ce soit pour un séjour en solo comme le mien ou pour un couple. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Chiang Mai !

Terrific stay! One of the best places I've ever booked on AirBnB. Highlights: -Clean apartment. Very easy to check-in and check-out. The building is also very easy to find. - The host is incredibly responsive for any questions or concerns. Any time I reached out I received a response within minutes. - If Wi-Fi is important for you it is very fast (I always had speeds of 500MB and above) and there is a Smart TV in the living room (Netflix/YouTube ready to go). - KFC / Dairy Queen / 7-11 directly across the street. - The building amenities are phenomenal. Sauna / steam room / infinity pool are all exactly as advertised. The gym is on the smaller size but also a great facility. Comfortable co-working area as well. Overall a perfect stay and I intend to come back here for any future stays in Chiang Mai. Thanks!

I would love to visit here next time again. Accommodation was perfect. It has may facilities, kids friendly, and well maintained. Swimming pool was epic! Clean and calm, kids love to go everyday. Central festival was just across the bridge, recommend for staying with kids definitely!

趁着寒假，带孩子又去清迈待了两周，这次我们选择了the one condo。Rita的这套公寓一尘不染，客厅有一张沙发床，有时早上我煮粥煮面也非常方便。小区还有中文客服，可以订水送到房间，还有接送机服务和上门泰式按摩。从阳台就可以到滑梯泳池，对面还有乐高室和健身房。小区每天还有班车去各个超市和景点。因为要回家过年，不然真想多住几天呢。

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

Beautiful place!!! Better than the photos! The amazing house provides a relaxing atmosphere. We can play together in the large living room while having our own space when sleeping. The courtyard with the swing is well-trimmed. The chicken coop on the side is cute! Lovely experience!

We had a great stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent—quiet but close to everything, with cool, fresh air thanks to its spot near Doi Suthep. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

I am very happy to spend our happy trip to Chiang Mai in this condo, with beautiful decoration, complete facilities, advanced home appliances and a luxury swimming pool with a good view upstairs. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will choose this condo🥰

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

Rita was a great host, very quick and helpful to respond. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to some construction works and power outages in the building. Of course this was out of anyone's control. If this had not been an issue, it would have been a lovely stay.

Probably one of the nicer condos in the city the infinity pool is deff gram worthy as its 150 metres and on one of the tallest buildings in the city also the sauna and steam room are nice bonuses.

Great stay and very friendly host!

This unit is incredibly clean and well furnished. It is small in size, as are all the units in this building, but surprisingly the layouts makes very good use of the space. There is a separate kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom, all of which feel comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, above and beyond what you normally expect from an AirBNB, and feels more like a real home that someone lives in. The bed is king size, and has very high quality sheets that keep you feeling nice and cool (something very important to me). Very quiet, despite being on a relatively floor (also important to me). The living room has a large TV and comfortable, clean sofa. The only thing to be aware of is that the unit is quite far from the main lobby. It's about a 2 minute walk to your room. Doesn't bother me at all, but if you have difficulty walking it could. Overall, a perfect 10/10 from me where AirBNB stays are concerned!
