Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

Perfect location. The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Very comfortable bed. Communication with hosts was quick and friendly and very clear instructions. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

Newly renovated comfortable apartment in secure building. I was especially pleased with the nonslip surface of the walk in shower. Also although the mattress didn’t seem particularly special, I slept on it seven weeks and found that my normally bothersome hip arthritis stopped troubling me entirely. So I would rate this mattress excellent. Warning: There is a lift to the apartment, but unfortunately the apartment isn’t quite accessible as there is a step at the threshold. One more warning. South Yarra turns out to be a good location for heading off in several directions by train. However, this apartment is on a hill so both getting to train station or to Yarra River path required a rather steep descent, while getting to the botanical garden requires an ascent. All in all this apartment offered a wonderful experience of Melbourne and I appreciated the very helpful host.

Such a fabulous place to stay at. You shouldn’t underestimate how good the view is with clean swimming pool you can access to. This place is way better than what you saw in the description. Check the reviews and photos before booking as they are really helpful.

Location is superb, easy to hop on the tram and a short stroll from the train station. Amenities are exactly as described. Room is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

좋은 위치와 아주 깨끗하며 훌륭한 시티뷰를 보여주는 숙소였습니다 또한 Selina의 빠른 피드백이 좋았고, 늦은 체크아웃 배려에 여행에서의 에너지 충전에 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 모두 다 좋았습니다. 다만, 한가지 힘들었던점은 6월은 멜버른이 너무 춥다는 것입니다. 방에 히터가 잘 작동하지않아 (히터 작동 시 원인을 알 수 없는 큰 소음 지속 발생) 정말 많이 추웠습니다. 하지만, 이것은 날씨의 문제이므로 두꺼운 옷을 입는 등으로 충분히 극복할 수 있을 것입니다. 그외 모든 것들은 완벽했습니다. 다음 방문에도 Selina의 숙소를 선택하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

This is a great place, great location, very clean. Relaxing view, pool, spa and sauna. Would definitely recommend to others.

This apartment is in a convenient and safe-feeling location. It was mostly quiet, though on weekends I could hear some nightlife, but nothing too close or loud. The host was very responsive; a few minor issues were handled efficiently and with clear communication. The lovely bath felt like a real indulgence. I’d happily stay again!

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!

Property was very felt homely. Mostly we enjoyed playing piano. Griselda has been very flexible with check in and check out times which was very helpful.

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

Our kids especially loved the long hallway—a fun and unique feature compared to our own home! Thank you for your warm hospitality—you’ve made our trip to Australia truly memorable. A lovely home, great hosts and location. A great location and base for exploring Melbourne with multiple coffee shops in close walking distance and a 10 minute stroll to Carlisle st with a Coles and cafes etc. We chose this accomodation as we used to live in the area and it was very central to our family and the wedding that we were in Melbourne for. We did hire a car as we needed to visit family daily and finding parking was never a big issue, however trams and a train station are close too. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had everything we needed as a family to enjoy a sunny, but very cold Melbourne. We had a lovely stay and look forward to next time.

It was walking distance to the best pubs and restaurants in Melbourne. The beds were very comfy. It was stylish and clean. The host was friendly and super responsive… and helped me pick up my forgotten rings after checkout in a lovely way. One room was whisper quiet. The other had some traffic noise, but nothing but normal car sounds. If you’re looking to explore Collingwood, Smith St and Brunswick st it’s pretty much the perfect spot!
