Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mouans-Sartoux

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

This apartment might have been one of our favorite things in our 3 week Family Europe trip. Nestled on a side street of Cannes, it is super close to all the action. The street below is bustling, but the sleeping is peaceful since the rooms are located in the rear of the floor plan. It was SO well laid out and decorated, I want K to come design my own home! K and her husband hosted us like family, making sure all of our comforts were met. This place is reason enough to come enjoy the South of France. Merci!!!

This is a must stay when you're in Cannes! Located on the top floor with a beautiful balcony with views and all the amenities you could ever need. Beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of showers, nice open communal space, and a great kitchen! We rented a car because we drove to many towns in the Riveria and the free parking at our place was a huge bonus. You are a short walk to amazing shops and restaurants and about a 15 min walk to old town. The host was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We had a lot of delays getting there and the host was very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

Nous avons passé un super week-end, le airbnb était conforme à nos attentes et dans une rue piétonne très agréable :) Murielle a été au petit soin tout au long du séjour pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien, je recommande vivement!

Gil is very nice and knowledgeable. His space is very lovely and we had a wonderful stay.

Très joli appartement extrêmement bien équipé et à 1 min à pied du centre et du parking compris dans la location (ce qui est bien apprécié car il est compliqué de trouver une place sinon). La climatisation est un vrai plus au vu la chaleur. Beaucoup de recommandations et la communication avec Magali et Cédric était parfaite. Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il se situe au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Quartier vivant la journée, et peut être un peu bruyant la nuit mais les hôtes n’y sont pour rien.

Une "cabane" qui est en réalité une habitation bien douillette, décorée avec goût, où règne la propreté et qui dispose de toutes les commodités (lave-linge et machine Nespresso par exemple). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la communication que nous avons eue avec nos hôtes ainsi que leur accueil. L'intérieur de la maison est très confortable et l'espace extérieur vraiment bien aménagé, toujours avec certains espaces au soleil et d'autres bien ombragés. Le parking privé et sécurisé a été très apprécié. Une excellente boulangerie est située à 3 minutes en voiture, un très bon restaurant italien à 3 minutes à pieds et le petit village de Valbonne à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous recommandons donc cet hébergement.

We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et accueillante, Régine a très bien su nous accueillir et nous a même conseiller quoi faire dans les environs , je recommande sans hésitation. 😊

Superbe maison ancienne rénovée avec goût et élégamment décorée avec matériaux exceptionnels. La literie est excellente et très confortable, les équipements de qualité tout à fait supérieure. La vue est époustouflante. La piscine est un peu petite pour faire des longueurs, mais toutefois très agréable. L’accueil était parfait et très arrangeant. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve et sommes partis requinqués et inspirés.

Christophe and Lena were the perfect hosts. They were very discreet and flexible and left us to enjoy their charming house but at the same time really went the extra mile to make our stay in La Colle-sur-Loup an unforgettable one. From the warm welcome, the thoughtful welcome pack, the ease of check-in and check-out and the flexibility around timings, it’s hard to imagine a smoother and more hospitable experience. The value for money really is EXCEPTIONAL too, particularly when you consider the location right in the heart of the village and that you’re getting an entire house over four levels, including a stunning roof terrace with a view across to Saint Paul de Vence that we used a couple of times for breakfast and lunch during our stay. La Colle-sur-Loup is a great place to visit, but is also really well located for Nice, Saint Paul de Vence (walkable in around 20 minutes) and the coast - we were on the beach in Antibes in around 25 minutes. We will definitely be back!

This new modern villa in Saint-Raphaël is a perfect getaway. The design is sleek and stylish, with bright, open spaces, high ceilings, and tasteful, modern decor. It has all the amenities listed, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, each with blackout shutters, and an en-suite bathroom which was perfect for our group of seven girls getting ready! The private pool is a true highlight, it was clean and surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor area also had a shaded dining space and loungers. Greg, the host, was fantastic! He was extremely responsive and accommodating. He made check-in smooth and even allowed us flexible arrival time which was a huge help with an early morning flight. This villa is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and well-equipped home base in Saint Raphael! Thanks again to Greg, highly recommend!!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Si vous cherchez un lieu paisible, avec une vue à couper le souffle et parfait pour un moment romantique en couple. Ce logement est fait pour vous. Le matin vous vous réveillerez avec le chant des oiseaux, le soir vous admirerez le coucher du soleil avec cette vue dégagée sur Cannes et ses environs. Julien est un hôte très agréable, souriant, très réactif qui prend soin de son logement autant dans la décoration, la propreté des lieux, les équipements qu'il propose pour que vous passiez un formidable moment à deux. Nous étions heureux de retrouver ce petit trésor, tous les soirs.

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. Äußerst fantastisch - wir waren so happy in der Wohnung von Kerstin zu sein. Hier ist einfach alles durchdacht, blitzsauber, liebevoll hergerichtet, mit Charme & Herz das spürt man sofort. Die Wohnung ist makellos, die Lage traumhaft, Öffis, Restaurants, Altstadt alles zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. VeloStation, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Cafe, Strand -alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken in der Haltezone vor dem Haus ganz easy. Vom Kinderspielzeug, über Büroutensilien, traumhafte Küchenausstattung, Nespreso Maschine, Eiswürfelmaschine, Fotoaccessoires, Einkaufstrolly, Waschmaschine + Wäschetrockner … es ist einfach wirklich alles da. Kerstin hat an alles gedacht 🥰. Wir fühlten uns wie daheim. Alle Empfehlungen von Kerstin zu den Restaurants sind super, wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Besonders nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist auch Anna beim Check In. Danke vielmals.

Everything was great, nice apartment with a terrace. The territory is also stunning and with amazing view. And hosts were kind and helpful.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!
