Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mouans-Sartoux

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays- so happy we decided to stay in Saint Paul de Vence and so lucky to have had this beautiful place as our home base for our visit! Not only is the home absolutely stunning - full of the charm and patina that comes along with being part of this incredible little gem of a medieval village on a hilltop with its exposed beam ceilings, beautiful old doors, and magnificent vistas over the surrounding countryside- but it also was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had the most sunning bathrooms with giant clawfoot tubs to luxuriate in after a day of exploring! We loved Katie’s recommendations for restaurants and nearby beaches and had such a wonderful time getting to know Saint Paul de Vence and the surrounding area! Don’t miss an evening walk through this village- it is magic!

I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Seldom have I been in places which are actually BETTER than in the photos. The place is very cosy and the terrace is great for a chillout. The entire area is nice and quiet, perfect for a bit of rest - but also just a 20 minutes drive to Cannes and several nice hip places. I hope I will return here!

We (3 girlfriends) just spent 5 days in Jean-Philippe‘s house and had a great time. The house is nicely decorated with a lot of love for detail. The 3 bedrooms are each furnished and decorated individually. Kitchen and Living/Dining area are spacious. The outdoor areas are great too as there are many places to sit and of course the pool is also fantastic. Jean-Philippe was also a great host, very helpful with everything and always easy to reach. You definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance but supermarkets and bakeries are just a 5 min drive away. The upside is that it‘s a very quiet neighborhood. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again.

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. We would love to go back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

Me and my husband had an awesome stay in Laurent’s place . He came right away when I called him that we arrived . I his instructions were perfect .. the place was quiet , private snd near to all like stores , restaurant and etc. we were happy and satisfied with the money we paid for renting the place.. I will surely recommend the place to My friends and relatives .

The listing is exactly as described. Very good communication with Eleanor and Sébastien. The accommodation is not very well soundproofed, you can hear the footsteps above, but it didn't bother me that much. My only concern was the very steep climb to access the accommodation by car as well as the difficult parking space since between a scooter, a wall and another car, but again everything was described on the listing, I parked as best I could, and it seems that it did not bother the other guests, so no problem. The space has everything you need. Thank you for your hospitality, I went there for work and it's exactly what I needed.

We were 3 couples staying at Christofer's place. It was comfortable , but the bedrooms were a little small. The showers were great and the beds were comfortable. There are only two toilets, so that created slight inconveniences. The location was prime with great shops, restaurants and cafe's in the area. Christofer and his family were attentive and informative. Overall, a very positive experience.

Christophe’s apartment was perfect for our stay. I was a bit surprised there was only one toilet even though there were two walk in showers but it wasn’t a problem at all for two people. The living space was so spacious, both indoors and outdoors. The wrap around terrace provided gorgeous panoramic views of the water and the city. Really special place and would stay again if back to Cannes.

Great spot and apartment with a lovely cute balcony. If you get the chance to stay here in Antibes (in the old town with no cars), make sure to hit up Jeanne. Amazing natural wine bar and one of our fave dinner spots during our trip. Andrea & Manuel were super pleasant and we really appreciated the flexible check-in with our train delay! No complaints! Highly recommend this AirBnb.

We had a great time at Denise's place! We were delighted by the quality of the place that had everything you needed for a short stay. Everything was impeccable! And Denise's property is superb transfer! A real setting of calm and change of scenery in the middle of these olive trees. The accommodation is attached to the owners' house and yet we felt in complete privacy. Everything is well thought out to have this little cocoon. Especially since the accommodation is really well placed because in the middle of the department and therefore easily connected to all the places of interest on the coast or in the hinterland. I would highly recommend it! In addition, Denise and her husband are adorable. Signed The littlecats of the islands

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up at the station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

The pool is fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️

A magnificent apartment with a large roof terrace and magnificent views. I could easily have stayed in the apartment for longer. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and center of Cannes in about 20 minutes. The host was nice and gave clear instructions. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cannes.

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

The accommodation was as clean as the photos, and the terrace view was so beautiful. Sophie responded quickly and kindly and was considerate of the guests. Such a beautiful accommodation! I want to visit again next time!!

We had a fantastic time at this absolute lovely apartment. The location is perfect, with the beach and numerous restaurants right out the front doors to the building. The apartment itself could not be nicer. The views are out of this world. And the living space is clean and inviting. Finally, the host was very responsive and even kindly let us check in early. Great time all around.

WOW! WOW! WOW! Breathtaking view in a such a beautiful property. Super clean. Renovated and very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful building with private parking is a plus. Beds very comfortable. Waking up to a dreamy view was heavenly. Just could not get enough! Alexandra is super sweet and kind. Made our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we did not want to leave. Everything was absolutely perfect. Location so central and like 8-10 minutes walking distance to the beach and all the happenings in tgr old town and the famous shoppings streets. . Anyone would fall in love with this place! Can’t go wrong! Highly recommend Alexandra’s stunning apartment.
