We stayed at Bill’s cabin for 3 nights and had a great time. The cabin was well equipped with anything you may need. He even had extra items such as flashlights, umbrellas, camping chairs etc available for guests to use. The movie room was super cool and very well thought out, it even had a popcorn machine! The cabin was only a short drive from lots of hiking trails and the Linville gorge. Bill even shared some local places for us to visit and we really enjoyed them. Definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved this place! Meredith was quick with communication and responses. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. The outdoor space with a view of the mountains was amazing! We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck and watching the world change colors at dawn and dusk. Kitchen was well-equipped. Not too far from town, but far enough to be quiet, peaceful and scenic. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this one.

Wow! Maryia's cabin was so peaceful, clean, and beautiful for an anniversary vacation. My wife and I celebrated with wonderful views of Shortoff Mountain from the deck and living room, which were all the more enjoyable because we knew we'd later hike that mountain! This home was perfect to unwind after all of the awesome nature to explore in the area (Linville Gorge is a particular favorite of mine). The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was comfy, and the views were top notch. It's hard to imagine a better place for a romantic getaway in the area!

Beautifully decorated clean cabin, About five minutes from the nearest grocery store, short drive to the blue ridge parkway, Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock.. many great hikes, nature attractions and restaurants! They are building a home near by but the noise was very minimal and it is still a very private location. We loved hanging out on the deck for dinner and using the hot tub at night. I would like to note that if you are planning on using the grill or fire pit, bring your own matches as they do not supply these. Other than that small inconvenience.. everything else was perfect and comfortable!

The Perch was so cute! Everything was so clean. The intentionality of details- use of the space & where things were placed was amazing. Incredible hospitality too- the hand written welcome note & fresh cookies were a nice personal touch. We had a very nice time relaxing. The porch surrounded by trees was a peaceful surrounding for mealtime. Loved it!
