Holiday rentals with a patio in Mormugao

Excellent place, clean bathroom, bed is big enough to fit three people, two balconies are always a plus. Overall the experience was amazing and the host is very helpful. There are lots of small helpful things like a lighter, batteries, playing cards, bt speaker, etc. this was a very nice touch. It's also walking distance from Bogmalo beach but it's slight uphill while coming back so can be a bit tiring. The area around the property is very private and quiet. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay around Bogmalo/Chikolna area.

Stellar property, experience, amenities and service. Baby-friendly! Context... this was about my 25th trip to Goa over the past 15 years. This one was with a 20 month old baby boy and his mother. The apartment complex was well designed with pool and children play. Is located in Candolim near the Nerul River. Close enough to the shopping areas and amenities, yet quiet enough for family time. The apartment itself is a well designed and furnished european-style 1 BHK. Nothing was wanting. Regular electricity brown-outs were part of the Goan monsoon experience. But inverter backup kept everything in order. A special shout-out to Prateeksha, who was communicative, pro-active, and also helped with a delayed check-out (despite another guest coming in immediately after us), allowing the baby boy to catch his afternoon nap before a long drive to Cancona. An absolute six on five, and would recommend Tarashi homes, Botanica, and Prateeksha+team any day. #uttiyo

Amazing place to stay, had all the amenities along with refreshing pool and gym. Everything was properly maintained and clean would recommend anyone looking for a cozy and nice place. Host also considered our last minute changes and was very responsive

Simply amazing!

We were so glad we booked this apartment for our stay in Goa. It was peaceful, charming, and just like the pictures. We had a lot of fun at the place—the building is really nice, with proper security, and the pool was amazing. The apartment is fully equipped, so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all. Tarun was a wonderful host—she checked in on us multiple times and gave us great recommendations. Next time we’re in Goa, we’ll definitely be checking out her property first!

White Villa is great place to stay.. It's very peaceful. Beach is at walkable distance. Some local shops are also around. Zoe's Galleria is just opposite to the Villa. Finally Lincoln is a very good host, responsive and considerate.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Dsa Monteiro. Our hosts were very warm, welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our weekend was very memorable. The home cooked food was amazing, as was the place overall. We would definitely highly recommend this home to anybody who is looking for a special way to spend a weekend.

The villa was serene. It really looked exactly like the photos and nothing was out of place. The best part about it was that everything was very professionally managed and they reach out to the guests ahead of arrival, ensuring things are smooth. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional and take safety very seriously. The rooms were grand and felt like a hotel room and though it was an AirBnb, it felt like a serviced home. They even threw in breakfast on the house on our last day. Overall - the experience was fabulous. Perfect for a group of 6-7.

The location was exactly like how it looked in photos....the whole villa was soo beautiful and had all the facilities....the host was very responsive....and prompt in responses.....

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

Though our stay was very short we had an amazing stay. The place offers a breathtaking view from the balcony.. couldn't ask for more.. making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The property was super clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. It's nice cozy home like experience. Secure n safe for kids n family. The area is peaceful with nice cafe in walking distance and supermarket close by. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Goa! Would definitely love to visit again. Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

This was the first time we took a property from Airbnb & I must say we are glad we took this decision. Extremely happy on the way we were treated by the property owner. The property was well maintained & every service possible for an Airbnb was provided. Would highly recommend this property for anyone who is visiting Goa. Pros: 1. Neat & clean - The linen was top-notch equivalent to a hotel. 2. Accessibility - Close to shops & public places 3. Hospitality - The owners hospitality was top-notch. Cons: 1. Water in the washroom was bit smelly as the property recycles & utilizes the water in washrooms. Though this is a good practice, but it took us some minutes to adjust to it. The pros outweigh the cons any day for this property, highly recommend to try it when you are visiting Goa the next time.

Had a wonderful stay here! Good for a group of 3-4 tourists. One of the best place to be at and to move around in Goa. Cohost Yogesh was always accessible and helpful whenever needed.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. Salil’s apartment truly felt like a home away from home. Cozy, spotless, and tastefully done — the vibe is upbeat and elevated. I especially loved the little details that made my weekend feel like a special escape from everyday routine. How can one not mention the beautiful valley view of Siolim, with the soothing chirping of birds? You honestly won’t feel like leaving the apartment anytime soon and the thought of extending your stay will definitely cross your mind. 🤷‍♂️ Salil is extremely prompt and cooperative. The check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I’ve travelled and stayed at many Airbnbs across Europe, and it’s refreshing to see the same high standards reflected here. One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!
