The place was lovely, and clean. The washroom were also tidy and there is a separate washroom near the entrance to wash the sand off from the beach. The setting was cozy, however, the restaurants are located at a 20 minute walk from the estate.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped — it features a spacious hall with a TV that supports all major OTT platforms, a cozy bedroom, and a clean bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, and the added convenience of a washing machine was a big plus. The host, Nitin, is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help when needed. Overall, it’s a perfect place that truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

We were in Goa for work but needed a place for just an overnight stay. Vanni and Mishika’s place was very cozy and comfortable and felt like home. Calming decor, neat and clean. Walking distance from lots of stuff to do and the beach too ! We would definitely recommend this place to the wider travellers community.

Sumit had decorated his home quite nicely and thoughtfully. It was relaxing and welcoming. The locality seemed to be decent and peaceful. His kitchens were stocked, rooms were clean and the complex was silent.

I can’t express in words how beautiful and perfect the stay was. Firstly, it matched the description and pictures perfectly. As soon as we entered, all of us were in awe. Our caretaker Chandan was very sweet and welcoming. He offered cooking for us and I must tell you, what food he prepared! It was delicious. There are multiple great things about this BnB. The pool of course is the highlight. The space is huge and feels like luxury. I surely recommend this BnB to fellow travellers who like mix of home and luxury vibe. Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The location was fantastic—close to all the popular beaches, cafes, and nightlife spots, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when needed. It served as the perfect base for exploring North and South Goa. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay. From local recommendations to smooth check-in/check-out, everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. The Wi-Fi was strong, the air-conditioning worked great (a must in Goa’s weather), and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It really felt like a home away from home. it's a Great place in Goa, at Vasco you are just 100 mtrs from the Baina beach. This beach is a perfect for non-touristisic getaway, literally it's empty in the early morning and you have the whole beach for yourselves. During the night, you can have your own parties at the beach, as the house is walkable in 2 mins. The host Cynthia and the property manager Kenneth were really friendly and they made my stay in Goa a great experience. Infact in one of the bedrooms the Airconditioner was out of order, and Mr. Kenneth had replaced it with a brand new A.C, he had to be physically present there until 11 PM to manage it. I was impressed with his dedication at his work. just one disclaimer, the flat is at 2nd floor, so you have to take steps, I had visited with kids and my old mok, who had difficulty with the stairs, but for young people, it's very comfortable, spacious, and a friendly host at a great location. I'm looking forward to book again with Cynthia and Kenneth. Regards Ram

The place looks as it is captured in the photos. The manager - Sushant was very responsive and helpful in finding the venue as well as checking-in. Vikram is a super host, accommodating and helpful. The house was very clean and an all amenities were functional without any complaints. Highly recommend this AirBnB for a convenient and relaxed stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

Our stay at Casa Nauka was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Leena is a truly wonderful host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The 1BHK house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy. I especially liked the forest view from the terrace and lovely sunrise in the morning along with breezy atmosphere during nights.. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described.
