Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Had a great stay at Olga's place, views and garden are spectacular and the house as listed so perfect for either a short or long stay. Olga was great at communicating. Steps down to the property are steep but doable with care. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great whilst we were there but under cover outside seating area and table helped with this. Would recommend 👍

Mon mari et moi avons eu le plaisir de séjourner pour la seconde fois dans ce logement. Ce fût à nouveau des vacances merveilleuses. C'est un havre de paix dans un lieu magnifique et calme. On s'y sent comme chez soi très rapidement. Tout est rapidement accessible à pied, en transports publics ou avec son propre véhicule. Beaucoup de possibilités de balades, visites et randonnées sont facilement rejoignables. Barbara est une hôte à l'écoute et attentionnée, encore merci à elle de nous avoir accueilli. Nous pensons déjà à notre prochaine venue...

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Ein kleines Appartment mit allem was man braucht in traumhafter Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Stadt Lugano. Vorallem der kleine Garten, die Gemeinschaftsterrasse und der Pool sind wirklich ein Mehrwert. Die Seilbahn 🚠 hält quasi direkt vor der Türe 😍. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der etwas abseits von der Stadt (trotzdem super schnell erreichbar) wohnen möchte und die schöne Aussicht bevorzugt. Maddalena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, antwortet super schnell und wir durften sogar am Abreisetag eine Stunde länger schlafen und später abreisen 🫶🏻. Wir können den Olivenweg ganz in der Nähe empfehlen, schöner Weg am Wasser mit tollen Aussichtspunkten und kleinem Örtchen mit wundervoll kleinen Gassen. Eine Bootsfahrt lohnt sich auch! Ein tolles Stück Erde ☀️

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Silvia empfangen. Der Check-in verlief sehr reibungslos. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und gerne dort Zeit verbracht. Silvia hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das absolute Highlight ist der Balkon und der Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Wohnung mit der genialen Dachterrasse. Der Blick auf Como ist einfach genial. Peter ist ein super Gastgeber, die Kommunikation ein Traum und auch im Vorfeld wurden wir super informiert. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal hier her fahren.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Für drei Personen ist der Platz ausreichend. Von der Wohnung aus hat man es nur ein paar Meter bis zum See und Pool. Trotz perfektem Wetter und Ferienzeit war es sehr ruhig in der gesamten Anlage. Das Auto kann man ganz entspannt direkt vor der Unterkunft parken.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super – leicht zu finden, sehr sauber und mit viel Platz. Besonders gut hat uns die schöne Terrasse gefallen, von der man eine wunderbare Aussicht genießen kann. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Der Check-in über die Codebox war unkompliziert und praktisch. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft wurde in jeder Hinsicht makellos und sauber vorgefunden. Daran gab es gar nichts auszusetzen. Die Location der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und angenehm, es gibt rund um die Uhr gar keinen unnatürlichen oder störenden Lärm. Der Ort ist nur zu empfehlen. Es ist einer der schönsten Orte, welche wir in der Schweiz besuchen durften. Die Anwohner sind extrem gastfreundlich, nett und respektvoll gegenüber den Touristen. Wir hatten das Glück in einem schönen Restaurant mit Terrasse über dem See zu Abend zu essen. Dies können wir nur empfehlen! Ausserdem gibt es viele tolle Aktivitäten, einen direkten Zugang zum See und eine wunderschöne Gegend zu erkunden zu Fuss. Würden einen Besuch auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen! :)

Wir haben uns bei Susanna sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen charmanten Dorf und man ist in 3 Minuten an einem Kiesstrand-Abschnitt vom See, was für unseren Hund perfekt war! Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt und das Bett ist schön groß und bequem. Susanna hat uns sogar eine frühere Anreise ermöglicht und sie ist sehr herzlich!

Wir waren das 1. Mal hier in der Unterkunft. Ich kenne Morcote aus meinen Kindheitstagen und habe hier viele Urlaube verbracht. Es war ein Flashback in die Kindheit. Und dabei hat mir diese Unterkunft sehr geholfen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, war über die Grösse der Wohnung sehr begeistert. Die Ausstattung war toll. Die Lage war super. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Bett sehr gut (Abschminktücher, die man besser nicht mit Pfefferminzbonbons verwechseln sollte wie es uns passiert ist :-)). Fazit: wir würden diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Es hat alles von A-Z super funktioniert. Lieben Dank an die Hosts für diesen schönen Aufenthalt bei euch.

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Our stay was great. The apartment has an incredible view, it's exactly as in the photos and the host always responded quickly. I highly recommend it!
