This Airbnb is an absolute gem. Everyone says it’s even better than the photos—and they’re right. The view is stunning, and the lake is literally just across the street. Parking is super easy and just a minute or two walk away. The place itself was a total surprise: spacious, spotless, full of light, and with everything you need. It’s clear the layout was thoughtfully opened up—feels like a high-end modern loft, but with a warm, eclectic interior. We instantly felt at home. Gabriele, Thamanja, and Andrea were incredible hosts: professional, super responsive, friendly, and helpful at every step. You can feel they really care. Porto Ceresio itself is a beautiful area with so much charm and nature to explore. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat. Five stars aren’t enough—thank you for such a memorable stay!

Monica is a very friendly and warm host. She greeted us personally with great kindness, which immediately made us feel at home. The accommodation is simple but very clean and well organized. Monica was always available to help us if needed. We had a great stay and will be happy to come back very soon!

My partner and I were there for two days. To ensure us an extended visit, Stefano adjusted the check-in/out times so that we could enjoy the Airbnb a little longer. The location is fantastic and Monique is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at Alice’s apartment in Gandria, just outside Lugano, and absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautifully situated with a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano—it’s truly the highlight of the place. Waking up to that serene lake scene every morning was unforgettable. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and cozy—perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Even though it rained for much of our stay, the space was so comfortable that we didn’t mind spending extra time indoors, just enjoying the view and peaceful atmosphere. Alice was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful tips about the area. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind away from the busier city center, while still being close enough to enjoy everything Lugano has to offer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with unbeatable lake views. I’d definitely stay here again—hopefully with sunnier weather next time!

This was our first visit to Morcote and Nadia’s accommodation . It was very comfortable , quiet and a matter of minutes from Lake Lugano. We found it perfect for our needs and had a memorable holiday there.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend! Amazing views of the lake and mountains. It is high up on the hill from the “center” but a quick and easy bus ride to wherever you need to go! The place itself was clean and comfortable, and Michele greeted us and told us a bit about things as we checked in. Go for it!

Spacious apartment with all the necessary services. Very close to the train and bus station. If you arrive by that route, you can get there on foot. Annamaria was always very attentive. The best thing is undoubtedly the view from the living room and balcony, with all of Lugano and the lake at your feet. The balcony is really spacious so you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner there if you prefer. Very close to the center and the coast, a few minutes' walk. Lugano is quite steep and the return will always cost a little more, I recommend avoiding the stairs and returning by street. You have plenty of storage space, an additional room or dressing room, which makes the room much more functional. You also have a desk there. Its weakest point, the Wi-Fi connection, seemed to have a short range, so much so that it was no longer detected at a short distance (for example, on the balcony). The washing machine was out of service, if it is important to you, make sure it is working

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

This is a lovely flat and Eszter was very friendly and responsive. Note that in the summer, the flat gets very hot and there is no air conditioning. However, when I messaged Eszter she kindly provided a fan.

What an exceptional experience, thanks to exceptional hosts, in an exceptional place! I cannot recommend Sandra and Raffaele's place enough. Aside from the stunningly beautiful property, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation, their kindness was truly very special and much appreciated. They generously took the time to collect me at the train station, and drop me off upon departure. My visit went by in a blink of an eye; I wish I could have stayed longer in what was a truly idyllic setting. I will absolutely return and grateful to have discovered their place. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We were allowed to experience five wonderful days in the fantastic villa directly on Lake Maggiore. The villa is located below the street, so the noise from the cars can only be heard weakly (the way down with some stairs was no problem for us). We rented the apartment Limone on the 2nd floor: the apartment is very nicely decorated with a lot of taste and we found everything clean and very well prepared. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic! The communication and support by Sabine and Albert was very pleasant, our inquiries were answered quickly and kindly and competently. Cannero Riviera is a beautiful place that can be reached quickly on foot. We hope to spend days there again and highly recommend this place!

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Super friendly landlady with very nice parents on site. The apartment is, as described, about 20 minutes' walk from the lake promenade. There is a nice evening walk back to the restaurant. Lucrecia had recommended some restaurants to us, which we all liked very much. Cannobio is also simply a beautiful, cozy place with a great, inviting lake promenade.
