Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Host communicated well! Instructions were helpful and check-in was easy. Clean and well maintained house. Highly recommended.

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

Devinda's villa is very well kept, cosy and we felt right at home. It’s located in a peaceful suburban neighbourhood and is very close to supermarkets, shops and the Thalawathugoda town. We found Devinda's place to be very relaxing and peaceful. I fully recommend this place, it's ideal for a small family or group and Devinda is a very responsive and friendly host.

Mr Samantha was a friendly and a supportive host for us. Also, his place was calm and quite and we had all the households we needed at our stay. I highly recommend his place for anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Dallas was a great host. He was a very friendly, very helpful and a very welcoming sort of a person. When I arrived at his place it was pass midnight, nevertheless he was awake to welcome me. The facilities were great, not only the room and the bathroom the whole apartment was at my disposal. Very clean, spacious, quiet and very secure. In case I go back to Colombo again I will definitely stay there and would recommend to any future traveller. Excellent value for money.

This home is beautiful & Deepa and Kitto were very accommodating hosts. We had a few things go wrong on our way to the home and during our stay, such as transport issues & illnesses, but they were very understanding and relaxed about it. Kitto was very helpful when it came to helping us use the washing machine & and helping us get in the house one time. He made sure that my aunts checked out safely and got in their transport in time for their train while I was not here. I am very grateful for his kindness. Even though I had not met Deepa in person, she was very responsive when it came to topping up our WiFi, in spite of our usage being quite high, and it was really kind of her to offer unlimited data for a day. She gave more information about how the times WiFi is free & also gave food recommendations, which was helpful. I would deffo recommend staying here, Dehiwala is a nice area. If you’re a fan of drives by the beach on your way to Galle Face Green, you should stay here :)

Such a lovely location! I celebrated my daughter's birthday here with our two doggies, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful day. The garden and indoor spaces offer plenty of room, making it ideal for gatherings. The staff were exceptional—attentive, supportive, and genuinely helpful, which made everything run smoothly. I’m so glad I chose this Amy's Haven and can’t wait to visit again!

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very neat, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and it was a lovely touch that the host booked a complimentary game room session for them. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a family stay!

Lashika was super responsive throughout our trip. The place was accessible and near many restaurants. It was spacious with all creature comforts for a home cook if need be. Although we ended up ordering from ubereats for our meal, the kitchen was fully equipped. The villa gave us privacy and enough common area to unwind. There were some roaches in the room and that would be common for any tropical country

The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

Mohammed’s place was great value for money. It’s a modern, spacious, and fully furnished apartment. Very convenient access to all supermarkets, and other shops. We got a unit on the second floor which had great views from its balconies. We enjoyed the fireworks display from the balconies when the clock struck 12 on 1st Jan 2022. The kitchen has all utensils needed to cook your own meals. However, we noticed there wasn’t a gas cylinder owing to the current situation in the country. Still managed to cook most of our meals using the rice cooker. A hot plate or an induction cooker would be a nice addition. The building manager Mr. Mirzan was very nice and was flexible with all our requests. He made sure our stay at Amaze Residence was a pleasant one. We will definitely visit again.

Hotel 106 is a rare find. Anyone who knows Colombo would see what an amazing location it is. It’s definitely our favorite place to stay in Colombo abd Vishwa is an excellent host flexible and available. Thank you 😊

This apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of Colombo’s vibrant city life!! If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is the perfect place. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

One of the best places . I was looking for a place to stay comfortably with my family (7) and this place ticked all the boxes. It is in a very convenient place. Specially if when you are living abroad and coming down stay with your family. This place is ideal . You can have your privacy and live with your extended family at the same time 😊. Very spacious, clean and situated in very quiet area . Also you are 10 minutes away for anything and everything. To eat out or to order anything online. You can do it easily. Now about the Host , Shanika is very responsive,attentive and also accommodating. I had to change my booking due wrong schedule , she accepted the change immediately. Also Chaminda and Kapila, they are very responsive and they will make sure that you are properly checked in. They will always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a convenient and a clean place stay in Colombo for a few nights or even longer.

We stayed here for three months with our 9-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The house was safe, spacious, and perfect for any family. As first-time parents, we really appreciated the extra support—some of the owner’s relatives live nearby and were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Amila was also a fantastic communicator and co-host, always quick to respond and help sort out any issues in the house. We truly felt looked after and enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The host was very responsive from the time of booking. Beautiful surroundings. The staff at the property were very warm and welcoming. Delicious food options which were very cheap. All staff were very eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They were very keen to hear our feedback on any improvements but we felt the property already ticked all the boxes. It is in a remote location so my advice is to plan accordingly to ensure you will find the place and have a way of getting to and from the property transport wise. However, the staff are so helpful that they will arrange transport for you if you’re stuck as you can’t get taxis there. Highly recommend the place for a nice peaceful family getaway or a fun weekend with friends and always nice to support a family/workers who genuinely try so hard to make it a pleasant experience.
