Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Home away from home, secluded and private with fresh air and natural surroundings

Devinda's villa is very well kept, cosy and we felt right at home. It’s located in a peaceful suburban neighbourhood and is very close to supermarkets, shops and the Thalawathugoda town. We found Devinda's place to be very relaxing and peaceful. I fully recommend this place, it's ideal for a small family or group and Devinda is a very responsive and friendly host.

This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

This home is beautiful & Deepa and Kitto were very accommodating hosts. We had a few things go wrong on our way to the home and during our stay, such as transport issues & illnesses, but they were very understanding and relaxed about it. Kitto was very helpful when it came to helping us use the washing machine & and helping us get in the house one time. He made sure that my aunts checked out safely and got in their transport in time for their train while I was not here. I am very grateful for his kindness. Even though I had not met Deepa in person, she was very responsive when it came to topping up our WiFi, in spite of our usage being quite high, and it was really kind of her to offer unlimited data for a day. She gave more information about how the times WiFi is free & also gave food recommendations, which was helpful. I would deffo recommend staying here, Dehiwala is a nice area. If you’re a fan of drives by the beach on your way to Galle Face Green, you should stay here :)

During my month-long trip to Sri Lanka, I stayed at an exceptional Airbnb hosted by Shamilka. Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Shamilka's mother, Visaka, with whom I immediately connected. She greeted me with a friendly smile and a warm handshake. She even prepared a delicious rice and curry lunch when she learned I hadn't eaten breakfast. The accommodation was secure, private, and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine and excellent air conditioning in all rooms. I particularly enjoyed opening the lounge windows at night, as the wire screens kept mosquitoes out. Situated at the end of a quiet laneway, the property provided a peaceful retreat away from noisy traffic. I also appreciated the comfortable armchairs for dining and relaxing. The water pressure was perfect, and hot water was plentiful. Conveniently located near local restaurants and supermarkets, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Colombo. The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

Totally recommend this Villa. The host, Jagath, is so accommodating and kind. Really nice rooms and plenty of space. Pool is great too!

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. wow what an amazing home,we were a group of 4 the villa is so spacious,lovely bedrooms and bathrooms with much needed air conditioning the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need during your stay the wrap around veranda on two levels is great to use to watch wildlife,monkeys,lizards and so many birds The caretaker Mahesh is brilliant he is on hand for anything you might need,couldn't ask for more. the pool is idyllic great place to cool down Whatever your requirements all is to hand ,the local area is very accessible for foodstores and bakerys Going further a field exploring is super easy just use the pick me app we will definitely be back

I really enjoyed the place, it was very clean, spacious, secure. you can stay peacefully. bit is a great location, everything close by. You can go around Colombo, easy access. The host was Very nice. I would definitely go back to the place.

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very neat, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and it was a lovely touch that the host booked a complimentary game room session for them. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a family stay!

Mohammed’s place was great value for money. It’s a modern, spacious, and fully furnished apartment. Very convenient access to all supermarkets, and other shops. We got a unit on the second floor which had great views from its balconies. We enjoyed the fireworks display from the balconies when the clock struck 12 on 1st Jan 2022. The kitchen has all utensils needed to cook your own meals. However, we noticed there wasn’t a gas cylinder owing to the current situation in the country. Still managed to cook most of our meals using the rice cooker. A hot plate or an induction cooker would be a nice addition. The building manager Mr. Mirzan was very nice and was flexible with all our requests. He made sure our stay at Amaze Residence was a pleasant one. We will definitely visit again.

The secure and safe environment of this appartment will always have my heart. Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Our 5 day stay at this Colombo 5 Residence was very comfortable. the host Mr. Chanaka and his family were extremely hospitable and kind enough to welcome us with a basket of fruits, tea, coffee etc. All the 4 bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned, spacious and clean.its a very quiet area not too far from ODEL,and Majestic City shopping centre. plenty of Restaurants closeby, downtown Colombo is about 15 to 20 mins drive. Towels are provided in all bathrooms, 3 bedrooms have bathrooms attached. There is a TV in the sitting room and crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. The host also can arrange airport transfers. The place is very safe and makes you feel at home. I definitely will recommend this site to all my friends and will stay there in the near future too.
