Place is very clean with 24/7 security and everything is walkable even the restaurants and banks. Host is very helpful and friendly. It’s a great deal.

Janik’s place was absolutely the best. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen had all necessities. The bathrooms had all the amenities plus towels in all sizes. There was a lot of storage space in all the rooms & kitchen. The washing machine was very useful for a long stay. Even washing powder was provided (but we prefer liquid detergent so we got our own). In addition to the three main rooms there was a small extra room and an additional bathroom of a good size, which we didn’t know was there when we went. (We didn’t have to use this but shared the info in case someone is interested). All the rooms & the living room were very cheerful with windows facing outside & a lot of sunshine coming in, which I loved! The scenery was beautiful as it overlooked the Colombo golf course! It was very peaceful with the sounds of birds chirping & no traffic noise. The very best part was that the place was squeaky clean with comfy beds! Total value for money! Thank u Janik!

My family and I had a great stay at Lahiru’s place! He was very responsive and waited for us to arrive after midnight! His place is very clean and in a great location - would highly recommend!

His communication was outstanding, always polite, professional, and quick to respond to any question we had. The apartment itself was immaculate. I’m extremely fussy when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded all expectations. Every corner was spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. You could tell that real care and pride go into looking after this property. It honestly felt like walking into our own home but better! Gayan’s attention to detail made the stay even more special. Everything we needed was provided, and more. Check-in was easy, the location was perfect, and we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Peter was an amazingly proactive and helpful host, more than happy to give help and advice and answer any questions. The apartment was just as described. Very comfortable with good facilities and a perfect mix of being on a relatively quiet street with sea views but so close to amenities and transport options.

Dons place is a very convenient location to lots of quick access eateries and fast transport options. The place is clean and tidy and as described. Will be back again during my next visit to Sri Lanka

Plus, having a market just around the corner was incredibly convenient—we found everything we needed there, including the freshest produce. The gym, though small, had all the essentials we needed to stay active during our stay. Subhani was an amazing host—so responsive and kind, always available if we needed anything. I booked the place for my two children and they were very satisfied. Upon request the clear instructions were given and the contact number, too. Nearby Keels Supermarket helped them many ways. The place is neat and tidy. They did not have any problem during their stay. The security person is an additional bonus. Only thing is there is a nasty dog belong to one of the neighbours and it is worth informing them to shut the gate. Once my daughter had shut it as the dog was running towards her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay near Katubedda Campus. I might book the place again, as the place is walkable to my mum. I wish you all the best.

For the dehiwala apartment review : The apartment was clean and well presented. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the balconies which all have an ocean view. The location was great, the bedrooms and aircon comfortable and the bathrooms were clean & fresh. The hosts were responsive and flexible giving us a late check-out as there was no booking after us. The assistant organised for check-in and check-in was easy to liaise with.

I had a great stay! The host was very accommodating, and the apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location of the AirBnB is in a wonderful clean and safe neighbourhood next to a lake and a walkable distance from some really nice restaurants and few tourist spots. The place is gated. The rooms are super clean, spacious with a lot useful amenities and a lovely hall. The check-in process was super smooth and Surekha, our host, was very kind to wait till late evening for us. Surekha is amazing, not just as a host, but she is a lovely person to talk to. She made sure we were comfortable and also gave us a much needed run through of what we can see in Colombo — even outside of the usual tourists spots. She went out of her way to send us a comprehensive list that made our last day in Colombo even more special and worthwhile. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come again.

I booked this Airbnb for my sister's trip, and she had a wonderful stay! The communication with Yashodara was excellent from start to finish, making the booking process very easy. My sister found the place to be exactly as described, very clean, and comfortable. She really enjoyed her time there and I'm so glad I chose this spot for her. This is a fantastic apartment in a lovely upmarket neighbourhood of Colombo. Shayani was great to communicate with, check-in was easy and the place was spotlessly clean. The flat is well equipped, the beds are comfy and the balcony provides a superb view towards the Colombo seafront. There’s a great little supermarket nearby, along with a Barista coffee shop. In addition to the trendy Wildish restaurant on the ground floor of the building, there are many great restaurants in Park St Mews which is an easy walking distance. This apartment is highly recommmended. We will definitely return. Five stars.

The apartment is centrally located in one of the nicest areas in Colombo. Great shopping, food, amenities, parks all around with very easy access to some of the best malls in Colombo. The suit itself is amazing with two very nice swimming pools, a large fully equipped gym, free access to pool tables and a nice cafe. The apartment itself is clean and felt luxurious. It is one of the best stays I've had in a long time. Benjamin is an excellent host. He was very responsive and even cleared up a small issue which came up due to a severe storm in Cololmbo. The apartment is build very well and was barely affected by the shock weather, so safety standards were clearly very strong.
