The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

For your visit to Freiburg here is a cosy one-room semi-basement apartment with a separate entrance in a charming townhouse in Freiburg. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster, coffee pad machine, and a washing machine, as well as dishes, pots and pans. A table for two, a queen-sized bed, a desk for working, free WiFi and a TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime make your stay complete. One bicycle can be borrowed free of charge.

The bright, sun-drenched apartment on the Moosweiher connects relaxation & nature with lovely city culture in just 13 minutes by tram. It is located on the SW corner of a large, very well-kept residential complex and consists of living/bedroom with balcony, separate kitchenette and bathroom. Bedroom and living area have an exit to the balcony overlooking far over the city and the Münster to the Black Forest in the south as well as on green areas, forest and the lake in front of the house.

The beautiful city mansion has been restored with great attention to detail. You will find parquet flooring and beamed/ stucco ceilings, open-plan designer kitchen and boho-style furniture. Terrace & a small garden provide space for relaxing and there are desks for nomadic workers. Our home is located on a quiet street, yet both the city centre and the Black Forest are only 15 minutes away by bike or tram. If you are nature lovers and also enjoy exploring a city, this is the perfect place.

You sleep in a low-energy house (model year 2017) in wooden construction with a pleasant living environment. The studio is very bright and is located in a quiet residential area 15 minutes from the center. 1st floor, access via an external staircase with separate entrance. You have a private bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a pull-out dining table and a small desk. The bed measures 140 x 200 cm. We live on the same floor next door.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quietly located and about 200m from Lake Dietenbach. All sights are easily accessible by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. By tram you can easily get from the main train station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. A car park can be provided upon request. I live directly under the apartment and am available for questions.
