Holiday rentals with a patio in Moorpark

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

We were at Mila's for a weekend and had a great time. It was a beautiful and comfortable space though we didn't get to spend much time outside.

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! I stayed here with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect! The house is beautiful, well-decorated, very clean and provides an ample amount of space for any large party. We had 8 girls sleeping there, and we used it to get ready in on wedding morning. We fit all our hair/makeup vendors no problem. Everyone raved about this property - it was a hit, and such a stress-free place for us all to spend an important weekend. Ernesto and Judy were super helpful and responsive in the lead up to the weekend and throughout the process, and we are grateful to have stayed in their home! My only note for potential new guests is that most of the furniture/mattresses are pretty soft, which might be tough for someone with a bad back. No complaints, just a heads up!

Leslie's house is spacious and clean. It's uncluttered. I love that there are plenty of towels. I really appreciate Leslie getting the carpet cleaned before our arrival since my daughter has severe allergies to pets/danders/dust and the house does allow pets. It's perfectly located 2 minutes away from Quail Ranch where the wedding was. For other activities such as brunch or lunch or dinner, there's about a 20 minutes' drive to Westlake Village to find plenty of nice restaurants. There were 6 of us with 2 bathrooms. So that was a little challenging, but everything worked out. We all enjoyed the stay. Thank you Leslie.

A nice small cottage. We only used one bedroom. Walking distance from restaurants. Quiet on weekend. There is construction going on next door during the week. Overall good experience. If you like to cook the kitchen is the best part of the house!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

We were a group of 6 (three adults, three teens) and this house was perfect for us! Although it could easily sleep 8. We loved the pool and the hot tub, the backyard was beautiful! We requested that the pool be heated (fair fee) and it was the perfect temperature for the kids on a weekend that was not too warm. There was extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, baggies(things that are not always included with Airbnb's). We were able to find everything we needed during our stay. The coffee/wine bar was such a cute addition. The TV's were easy to use, there is even one outside. Tom and Chris were perfect hosts, very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Place was nice and clean pool was warm hot tub was hotter and it was a great little get away! Awesome house for a good group of people.

The home was an older home, but the beds were comfortable, the home was one of the best well stocked homes. The back yard is huge and fenced in for dogs. We had an easy entry and no hassle stay.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Navid is a responsive host with a very nice property. The rooms are well equipped and the listing is accurate with respect to actual experience.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation
