A Hidden Gem in SouthPark! Our stay at this charming basement apartment in SouthPark was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, stylish decor, and overall comfort the space provided. It truly felt like a private retreat tucked away in one of Charlotte’s most beautiful and walkable neighborhoods. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and luxurious. The furnishings were high-end and tastefully chosen, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern bathroom felt spa-like. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, cozy living area, and beautifully crafted covered patio — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. The condo was very clean, new and large. Actually 4 floors in a renovated church. 1st floor was kitchen, living room and half bathroom. 2nd floor was master bedroom suite with walk-in shower, laundry room outside suite. 3rd floor was 2 additional bedrooms and a shared bath. 4th floor was a roof top sitting area. Everything looked brand new and well stocked. Host was extremely proactive in checking in to see if we had any issues, which we did not. Location was ~1 mile from downtown Charlotte and easy driving distance to everything. Enjoyed our stay and will comeback if heading to Charlotte again. Thanks for sharing and caring..

The view from the balcony is amazing, the apartment is immaculate, everything is walkable and the host was great with communication. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

Austin was a fabulous host. He invited us to check in early. He was quick to respond with a repair and recommendations. The lake is absolutely gorgeous and the local hiking was easy and fun. The house was so inviting and comfortable that we cooked in and relaxed on the porch in the mornings and evenings. The hot tub was a great way to wind down followed by a movie on the giant TV! Don’t miss this great Great Lake house!

Nancys home on the isle of pines is a rustic lake house with a peaceful vibe. The east to west facing sun is great to wake up to and nice to end the day by the fire or dock. I did rent a pontoon and if you are not an experienced boater, the dock is not the easiest nor deepest. I would check lake levels and with the rental company you do not want to be paying for a propeller...Other than that the home was nice, neighbors keep to themselves.

Linda was a phenomenal host! She was very helpful and responsive. The house made my girlfriends and I feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the grill and enclosed patio. The house was stocked with everything we needed from coffee to seasoning for the steaks we purchased. The neighbors to the left and right were very nice. All the rooms were spacious and clean. While we didn’t make it to the lake, we definitely plan to come back and that will be our first stop. Thank you so much Linda for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This place worked perfectly for our family all gathering to attend a wedding. Location is beautiful. Everything was clean, and worked out perfectly.

This house was perfect for my family (including small children) for a long weekend stay. Huge house, very clean and within walking distance of a beautiful park. Hosts were super responsive and helpful, we look forward to returning for future family visits in the area!

Wonderful lake home, perfect for a family getaway and probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in to date. The house was exactly as advertised, stunning lake views, extremely well-appointed, spotless, easy check-in/out, and great hosts who were very responsive to all of our questions. My family enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer but loved the outside activities (firepit, kayaks and paddle boards) the best. A fantastic lake home.

Beautiful home that is very well maintained. Lots of activities on the property. Great location. We rented a pontoon and jet skis. It was a very easy process. The lake is gorgeous and peaceful. We had a blast! My only con: we were a party of 11 adults and 1 child. We didn't realize that the expectation was to fit 2 adults per bunk in the bunk bed room. That did not work for our group. One adult had to sleep on the couch.

This place was immaculate, beautiful just like the pictures! Host was very responsive and helpful. I recommend 2000%!! If you havent booked yet, do so now!! The amenities are out of this world with a Sauna and Steam Room, Rooftop lounge, with a beautiful view of the city 😍. A Cameroon and hot tub/heated pool on rooftop!

Fabulous central location. Wholefoods store is across the street and all that uptown has to offer is easily walkable. Accommodation is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Access to a pool and hassle free parking are great extra features. Chris is proactive and very easy to work with. The next time we're in Charlotte, this is the first place we'll check for availability. 100% recommended!

So enjoyed our stay here. Home was clean, had everything we needed. Such a great location, easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, great coffee shop on the corner. Host was super easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. The place is in a great location for walking around uptown. It was clean and welcoming - the only thing I would say is there is no coffee or seasoning or anything like that if you’re looking for a longer stay. But there are coffee shops and restaurants only a 5 min walk away! Would definitely stay again

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and the place looked just liked the pictures. Everything was clean and it was walking distance to a lot of great food places. It was also quiet and peaceful. Thank you again and I look forward to returning.
