Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total.

The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and queen bed.
