Holiday rentals with a patio in Moonee Valley City

We had a great stay. The apartment was well located to attend an event at Melbourne Showgrounds. Pemmy was responsive, and the flexible check in was very much appreciated!

Really good place, nice and tidy. Everything described as is. Easy to get to wherever you need as the train and tram stops are quite close. Good and quick communication in regard to giving any updates or if we had any questions. Had no issues.

Apartment perfectly clean and as described. Lovely and quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much. Close to trams and walkable to a few nice restaurants.

Slip into a blissful oasis like paradise.. My second time staying at Sammy’s, it was as amazing as my first stay! Sammy goes above and beyond as a host, truly makes your stay so pleasant having such a wonderful host. There is so much to do in this air BnB. It’s an introverts dream! You have everything you need could need or want. The best sleep in Melbourne. Each time I’ve stayed I’ve had a gorgeous sleep. Comforting atmosphere, relaxing.. Thankyou once again, looking forward to many more stays ✨

Kim’s place was wonderful. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay there. We loved the large open plan living space with loads of natural light and a lovely view to the west. The bed was warm and cosy and the location was close to restaurants, public transport, a supermarket and the airport. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Melbourne.

Loved staying here! I accidentally booked my original accommodation for the wrong month but I’m thankful I was able to book this spot last minute. The team had a quick response time + super helpful. The apartment is beautiful and conveniently in waking distance to trams and shops.

The apartment is really convenient to everything in Moonee Ponds. The provision of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper was generous for a long stay. The location can sometimes be a bit noisy from the bar along the street, especially at weekends, and from cars exiting the car park underneath. There is a great open garden space on level three. Ryan and Rosa were quick to answer when I had a question. Altogether all you need in an excellent location.

Absolutely wonderful and cute little place. My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary there. We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the tollway but it was so quiet, it sounded like a shower of rain which actually helped us sleep. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away for a night or two (from the kids especially)

Marina is a good host. Her place is good value for money. Very nice location, close to river and park. Good place to jog ot go for a long walk along the river. Great view from balcony. Few minutes walk to the Highpoint mall. Close to Airport and CBD. Lots of cafes around (10 mins drive). Can easily fit 13 guests. Overall a very good experience. 5 star 🌟.

Sofia’s house is neat and attractive inside. The bathrooms were appealing with excellent showers. The bedrooms were large. The mattresses in the front two bedrooms were quite firm. The oven and stove top worked well. There was a small but well chosen selection of cooking utensils. We particularly liked the cleaver with its broad, sharp blade. We thought the addition of wine glasses and mugs (there were cups and saucers) would be welcome. There was air con in the lounge which worked well. The yard was great for our chihuahua. A couple of issues arose but Sofia responded immediately and rectified them. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Sofia’s.

Fantastic place, super cosy and well looked after. Nice, tidy and clean. Was staying during some cold nights but the new air cons were wonderful at keeping us warm.

Trang was extremely helpful and responsive. She allowed an early check in and late checkout which was so helpful to me and my family. The house was well maintained and all amenities as described. I would recommend staying here and will return.

We rated this property as 1 of the best we have ever stayed, accuracy to its description & photos is exactly what it is, fantastic little property. The outside is nothing to go by as it is situated in a block of units, no issues with parking or other occupants, nice & quiet location. The host was very easy to deal with & the property provides exceptional comfort for its size. Couldn't have asked for more.

1/2 block from a small park and many shops and restaraunts in Centreway. Paeceful!

It was a perfect spot for what we needed to do in the western suburbs of Melbourne. It’s also only a 8min drive to the CBD.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Sharon's place is extremely comfortable and my parents had a wonderful stay there while visiting. They'll definitely stay there again when visiting me

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

The place was in a great location and amazing views from the balcony! Some fab local restaurants and coffee places. Everything was smooth with check in and out. A few issues with items in the apartment but have given feedback to the owners and sure they will sort out.

Susan’s apartment was great! Lovely and clean, comfortable beds and nice linen. Stunning city views during the day and night- watched hot air balloons float around on a Saturday morning. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
