House holiday rentals in Moonee Valley City

Robert was the perfect host as he responded whenever I asked a questions and the home was all that we expected for the large group that we had along with our little dog. Very close to all amenities around Essendon and easy drive or tram to the city. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

A perfect location with plenty to do for the kids. We had 6A and 3K, pool, trampoline and kids toys were great. The 3 separate lounges came in handy too. Adults loved the coffee machine too and spacious deck in the warm weather. Close to shopping centres, aeroplane viewing area, playgrounds and take away spots. A very tidy house with plenty of space for all of us. Angela was very helpful and responsive, making our stay relaxing and problem free.

Enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home during our home undergoing renovations . It was easy to travel to work and the kids enjoyed the neighbourhood. Thanks Craig for all the preparation for us. We have our best family time in the Airbnb for 4 nights. I would say this is one of the best Airbnb accommodation ever. Craig is nice and responsive and willing to help accommodate our request. The house is a 2 storey with 5 bedrooms and a huge lawn, a BBQ deck area and some resting facilities. We will definitely stay the same place if we have the chance to visit Melbourne again!

Great place to stay, felt right at home! Very comfortable and warm once heater works! Big spaces and have enough bed! Owner is very friendly and nice, she can speaks mandarin as she works in China before, easy for communication!

Edinburgh Place was a great home base for our two weeks in Melbourne. The neighborhood is very walkable- easy 8 minute walk to grab groceries, find restaurants and take the train. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our group of 5 adults, with a great kitchen for the option of cooking from home. Checking in/out was very easy and hosts were responsive.

A vibrant home - the photos didn't capture the high ceilings enough, great if you're not a fan of small spaces! Jack is also a great communicator.

Was very spacious, looked like the photos, room for a couple of families with ease with the ability to segregate between the top and bottom floors. All in all a great place to stay :) tenants were easy to deal with as well!

We had an excellent stay at the villa. The kids loved the pool and the host (Thomas) was extremely accommodating. He even left our 3yr old boy a gift for this bday. The villa was clean and everything worked well. If we return to Melbourne, we will be booking the same villa. 10/10

Great location and perfect for two families due to the upstairs and downstairs. So much space that we had enough privacy.

It is so lovely to stay in someone’s home, especially over Christmas. Having a fully equipped kitchen and such a great house was wonderful. Obviously being someone’s family home, it isn’t like a serviced apartment, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. The location is fantastic. We only used the car once in the week we were there as there was so much available on Union Rd (very short walk) and such an easy tram ride to get into the CBD. I even used the bus on Christmas Eve to go to Moonee Ponds rather than worry about parking and traffic. Highly recommended this home.
