Staying at Diana's is a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the summer beach crowd. The place was clean and had all the amenities of a home on a public beach. My 18-yr old nephew and senior citizen parents enjoyed the conveniences of the location.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Accomodations exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen is definitely well equipped with all of the essentials and more. Ice cream shop right next door is great and The Lobster Pound on the other side is excellent. You can walk to shops and restaurants downtown but we had no problem finding parking in the evening so we could enjoy the awesome restaurants.

Jason's place was great. My wife and I have three young children, and were traveling with my parents and brother. The house still felt big, and we all felt right at home. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are very large, and the house was clean and had very little stuff at little kid eye level, which we appreciated. The main living area has a large open space where we could play cards and our baby could crawl around, and the streets outside were rather quiet outside. Overall, would stay again and totally recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing, we felt right at home. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Very nice place, everything was clean and smelling good, we felt right at home! Comfortable beds except the single one which we could feel the springs. Expensive parking everywhere near the beach, be advised, but free parking at the house. Everyone at the place was friendly. The only thing mmissing would be coffee pods, for the rest, everything was there!

This was the perfect home base for exploring various parts of the Maine coast. Beds were comfy, and each room had a wall unit to make it the temperature you like. Our kids loved being upstairs in the 3 beds room and having their own space. WiFi worked great, and that was with 7 of us on it doing various things - adults working, kids streaming. Would definitely stay here again.

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Lazy Lobster! A beautiful home, clean, large & perfect for a big group. Andrew was wonderful. He was always responsive & helpful! Plus the location was fantastic. We walked to breakfast, shops, the beach, dinner & bars everyday with no issues. We will definitely be coming back!

The house was in the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. It had a great outdoor space. My husband and I enjoyed playing games Cyndi had in the house. Very clean and comfortable with great amenities. We wish we could stay longer! We will definitely be back.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs and others. This was by far the best! From the minute you walk in the door to the time you get into a comfortable bed in a quiet setting, it’s perfect! Ray and Sharon are great hosts and own a property they can be very proud of. They have thought of every little detail. Everyone comes for the town and the ease of getting around. It’s all within walking distance from this beautiful home. Do not hesitate to book this home!

Excellent experience from booking to check out. Kara was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and the house was extremely clean. The hot tub was a nice touch for the end of the day relaxation. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group of 8 adored this house — it is clean and nicely updated, amazingly situated just a two minute walk from everything downtown, and the beds were comfortable. The layout is wonderful with ample space for 8 guests. Bonus — we loved that the house was so fresh and clean without being overly fragranced with air fresheners etc. This made the stay extra comfortable for all of us. Aaron was a very responsive and proactive host. We have not one complaint and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, feeling completely at home from the moment of arrival. Thank you Aaron!

Nice small cottage that’s also pet friendly just steps from the beach in Wells

This home was clean and tidy and exactly as described. It's quiet yet close to dining and attractions.....and great view of the water! Cassandra was a great host! Responded quickly and everything about the stay was so nice!

Dan’s cottage was in a perfect and convenient location. It was private and right next to a lovely creek. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the outdoors. Inside the cottage was very well laid out with comfortable and clean furniture and well stocked and spotless kitchen and bathroom. Had everything we needed for our stay. The heat worked quickly and well for the cool nights. Would love to stay again when we return.

An outstanding place to stay. It’s even bigger than we thought from the pictures, with tones of nooks to enjoy. The sunroom at the front of the house catches the morning light and makes for an excellent place to relax while waking up. A sandy beach is just a short walk away. Karla was responsive and prompt when we needed her help. We’d love to come back to this captivating stay!
