Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Moody Beach, Maine

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was such a wonderful experience!! The hosts were super sweet, very responsive and extremely accommodating when my friends & I wanted to check out later. They were truly there to communicate and make sure that we were all okay and that everything was to our liking. As for the place itself; it’s situation in a beautiful location, walking distance from the ocean and it was extremely peaceful. The place had everything that was listed on the airbnb site and we loved the fact that all the beds are in one big space; it felt like a huge slumber party!! All in all, my friends & I loved the place and it was a great addition to our weekend getaway. 😃

We had a wonderful stay at MaryJo’s adorable Maine cottage! The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook during our stay. The cottage itself was so charming and cozy, truly capturing the Maine coast. MaryJo was a great host, and I’d highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape!

The place is wonderful and spotless clean. Communication with the hosts was very easy. Very peaceful neighborhood and in walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We loved Wells Beach and Ogunquit!

Beautiful home with water views, amazing location to walk or drive into Portsmouth or the outlets in Kittery.

This was a perfect location for our large group of 8 adults and two small children. The layout is very accommodating for big groups aa the second floor is a common area, such that the bedrooms are on quieter floors. There is ample parking and closeby to nearby attractions. Lastly, Alyssa was very responsive and helpful during our stay. One of our favorite airbnbs so far and we hope to stay again in the future.

Jordanna’s place was beautiful and cozy! Perfect for a small family or girls trip up to 3 people. Place was spotless, lots to do in the area and will close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would go back anytime!

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Able to walk to the beach and to the downtown area easily. Peter was very communicative and responsive and was a great host. We'd stay there again!

Great place to stay location close to everything. Parking was a big problem. Had to park in narrow alley almost impossible to exit unless have compact car!

The place was easy to find and Holly provided clear instructions to get in. Holly’s place had a lot of thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, extra charging cables and band-aids. There were helpful little notes that explained how everything worked (A/C, TV, space heater). Holly provided us with an assortment of small snacks, coffee, tea as well as half and half. Everything was clean and in great condition. Holly was quick to get back to me about the parking passes for the beach - which it turned out, we didn’t need. Both the bed and couch were comfortable to sleep on. The only downside was that it was really bright in the mornings which made sleeping-in a bit harder, but if you wear a sleep mask or are an early riser there is really nothing to complain about.

Very sweet and well-appointed space. Check-in was easy and the stay was super pleasant and peaceful. Would definitely return!

We loved staying here! It was extremely clean and close to Wells, Kennebunk, & Kennebunkport. I appreciated Rachel’s quick responses to my questions that I had too! I hope to return again in the future the next time I am in ME.

Adorable, idyllic, comfortable, serene. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our Maine Minimoon! Some places have 5 stars and aren’t really legit — this is not one such place. Hillary’s place fully deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We look forward to staying again soon!!

Studio by The Sea Barbara&Jim, Traveling alone is often difficult. I felt very secure upon arrival. The hosts were welcoming and happy to greet me. They gave me a tour of the Studio and were very informative about the surrounding area. So much to see and enjoy. I will always hold this Airbnb stay close to me. Come and visit Studio by The Sea! We had a lovely stay at Rob's place and would certainly stay again if we're ever back in the area. The apartment was tastefully furnished and exactly as described in the listing.

Amazing view and location! We loved how convenient this location was to shopping and restaurants. Having never been to Portland, this was a very pleasant surprise for us. Parking in the lot directly next to the building was easy and close. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats was so relaxing. Very comfortable condo and we would definitely stay again.

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

Great stay

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

Great location (definitely check out Pedro’s across the street). The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. Beds were comfortable, pillows were good, curtains would have been nice due to the early sunrises.

Great place to stay for our family of 4. I asked for 3 beds and that request was made possible. I enjoyed the area and it was quiet and peaceful place to rest after walking around the beaches and or state parks. Amenities were very good and communication with the check in team was excellent.

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!
