Mariano and Francesca's place is a true gem! The apartment is beautifully appointed with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay in Rome. The location is fantastic – within easy walking distance to the metro, making it simple to explore the city, and just a short walk to the Vatican. We especially appreciated being surrounded by so many wonderful restaurants; it was incredibly easy to find delicious food just steps from the front door. Navigating the neighborhood was a breeze. Mariano and Francesca were excellent hosts. I would highly recommend their Airbnb to anyone visiting Rome and would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Giulio was a lovely host, he picked us up at the airport, showed us how to get around in Rome and was always available on text. The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance to the city centre and also with good bus and metro connections.

Loved staying here, we were visiting friends who live in Trastevere so super close to them. But also to down town about a 15 min walk. Great cafes near for your morning coffee and croissants. Unique how they turned an apartment into a hotel. We never heard any of the other guests, just ran into them in the hallway one day. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the touristy central Rome, Trastevere is one of the cooler neighborhoods!

The place was like in pictures and Niccolo was very responsive with any questions that we had.

Daniel was such a great host. He was flexible with our check-in when we arrived early and provided clear instructions for checking in and out. This is a beautiful apartment that is located next to the Metro, the Vatican, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Definitely would stay here again when we come back!

everything was great and as expected location was excellent. There was an issue with the drain—it would fill up with water after taking a shower.

Rita's place is situated in a building which combines old and new, very fashionable and cosy adorned, with a big terrase. It is situated near the city's old wall, accesible by bus from city center and at 5 minutes of walking from Villa Borghese. The appartement is large, with a living and kitchen downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs, which I think is very intimate and romantic. The kitchen has a big fridge and a microwave. Although we arrived late in the evening, Rita made all the arrangements and the check-in was very easy, because the property has a permanent check-desk, with very kind people. In the first night there was a problem with the lightening in the bathroom, but we spoke at the check-desk and the next day Rita made it fixed. It was a pleasure to stay at Rita's and I hope next time we'll visit Rome will stay again at her place.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat! The apartment was beautifully designed and very thoughtfully laid out everything felt convenient and easy also very secure. The location was excellent too, with the tram stop just minutes away, making it super simple to get into the city centre. There were also shops just down the street, which was really handy. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic—quick, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Very nice apartment in an excellent location. Two of the things that stood above the rest: the convenience of the in-unit washing machine and the high quality of the mattress and the bedding. It was one of the most comfortable beds ever!

The apartment was perfect for our short stay, beautifully decorated and well equipped and in a wonderful location with high end shopping, cafes, restaurants and historic sites including the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain nearby. Also, Allegra and her team of support were amazing with recommendations for restaurants, shopping and transport services. This apartment is highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay here! We were a group of 7 people. Me and my husband and our three teenagers and my in-laws. We all slept comfortably. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great as well. Plenty of towels as well! The four bathrooms were so helpful in getting ready for the day with ease! It was so nice for everyone to have a private bathroom space. Thank you for the easy communication and allowing us to store our luggage at 10 am so we could enjoy the day while the cleaners finished up. That was so helpful! We will definitely recommend to all our friends.

We had a great time. The place was perfect for a large group-everyone had their own space and bathroom yet there was a common area to have a glass of wine together. The location was great-so close to the train station for arrival and for the metro-east to get to all the sights. Rolando was very responsive and helpful!
