Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Monti, Rome

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment with our family of four. It is spacious, was clean and well equipped. The location is very nice near a large park and 8-10 minutes walking from a metro station. The metro took us to the major Rome sights in about 15-25 minutes. There are a few shops and restaurants in the direct proximity of the place. The host is responsive and helpful.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

She made traveling easy and her advice on transportation was highly appreciable and a huge time saver. Ilaria is welcoming and caring, having found solutions to our needs. Her place is spotless and very functional. We cannot overlook his taste for decoration, which gives this accommodation exceptional charm. We felt very good there, and everything was a guarantee of quality, in the smallest details. The spa side is a real luxury and comfort after a good day of wandering the streets of Rome. It's a real plus. We recommend this accommodation.

Eugenia was extremely helpful about every single step of the process for checking in, including recommendations of where to eat and things to do. We love the neighborhood and the historical fact that it was in an aqueduct park.

Andrea was a splendid host because of how responsive and understanding he was. His place was perfect. It was safe, private, and quiet. When we ran into a glitch, Andrea was quick to offer a generous solution to reconcile the concern. The place had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Plus, it felt close to the center of Rome without being in the thick of the chaos. It’s close to delicious restaurants, several transit options in any direction, and the idyllic area surrounding Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastevere. We went there several nights for shopping, dinner, and dessert. It’s an 8-minute walk to Lavasciuga Roma, which I recommend for laundry: €22 and two hours to wash, dry, and fold a week of laundry for three people. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return to Rome and stay here again.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Incredible place to end an Italy trip! Nothing was nicer than watching the sunset over the Coliseum in a private rooftop hot tub with a drink in hand! Sauna was also a nice touch to decompress and relax in. The host was incredibly kind and helpful and he left the place in great condition for us and even left us some snacks and drinks in the fridge. Would recommend to all and would be happy to return next time I’m in Rome!

I stayed in this apartment for two days and I highly recommend it. The house was very clean, very spacious and equipped with every comfort: from the kitchen complete with everything to the well-kept and welcoming rooms. The house is in a very quiet residential area and is very close to shops and restaurants (and, of course, the airport is a stone's throw away). The location is convenient to reach and Sara was always very helpful, providing us with all the necessary information even before our arrival. The access mode is also very convenient and A perfect stay in every way!

Fabio is a great host, very responsive and really catering to his guests. Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

We arrived by car and it was a pleasant time. Perfect for juxtaposing site visits and romantic holidays with the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. 😊👍💯 Everything was functional and related to the photos. Small touches like Italian cakes or coffee are very much appreciated. The air conditioning allows you to sleep well😴☀️😎. We had a magical time in this beautiful city of Rome, with a wonderful host. Much better than a hotel. 🎉🎈🎊

The house is big and has a lot of space. But the furniture is old. The house is very safe because it has three gates to enter

Daniela was so incredible and so communicative and fast with her responses. Any issues we had whatsoever she took care of immediately. We were very happy with her and with our stay. The place is just as described and very nice. Would definitely stay again. Great location as well.

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Fabio and his mother were fabulous hosts. Their villa was welcoming and clean with amazing views of Rome from the living room. We enjoyed Frascati, Rome, and other small towns nearby. Train was easily accessible. Restaurants and vino terrific! Staying at the villa made our family vacation a wonderful memory! Grazie Fabio ! We may return in the near future!

Lovely garden, spacious rooms, excellent location for visiting Rome using the Metro and great for visiting nearby places (Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Frascati) by car. Very convenient for supermarket.
