I liked this place. It was really good!!!

Great place to stay in Rome. It's close to all of the action yet secluded enough for quiet and a good night's rest after walking around the city. I loved having an AC once it got hot outside. The units are well-designed for their size, very efficient and with good amenities. I loved the breakfast in the morning and all of their restaurant recommendations. Amazing hosts and super friendly staff. They were very responsive and proactive in communicating from check-in to check-out. I would stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

Really enjoyed the location. Easy walk to termini station and very close to a metro, not difficult to get to any places we wanted to see. The room was clean and we were greeted with snacks and water. Would definitely stay again!

The room is just amazing. Very beautiful and clean, I was lucky enough to have access to my own terrace and it was ideal! The bathroom is very clean and well maintained, the linens are changed regularly. I booked for a first solo trip, I am very happy with my stay, I felt very safe and comfortable. On your own, with friends or family, don't hesitate to go!

Loved staying here, we were visiting friends who live in Trastevere so super close to them. But also to down town about a 15 min walk. Great cafes near for your morning coffee and croissants. Unique how they turned an apartment into a hotel. We never heard any of the other guests, just ran into them in the hallway one day. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the touristy central Rome, Trastevere is one of the cooler neighborhoods!

What can I say?! Great value, the host is very helpful and courteous and the room is clean and perfectly tidy. I couldn't help but be satisfied. The only downside, given the area: parking; but there are valid alternatives, as suggested, if you do not find it near the building.

We had a great time at Dario and Diana's. The accommodation is outside the center but many buses are nearby to get around easily. The accommodation was very functional, breakfast is a real plus. We didn't get a chance to meet Dario, but Diana who greeted us was great. We recommend it if you want to spend a stay in Rome!

We booked a spontaneous one night here for my husbands birthday, we had been staying in the center of Rome in 38 degree heat and were desperate for somewhere to relax with a pool! I can honestly say that it was the best money we have ever spent and we wished we had found this place initially and stayed the whole week! From the moment we arrived it felt like home, the staff are some of the friendliest people we have ever met and the hotel itself is beautiful. It is so peaceful and stylish and looks exactly like the photos. Loads of lovely chill out areas, great pool and outside area, spacious room and completely private terrace. Breakfast was delicious and we were recommended a lovely restaurant in the area by the hotel staff. Luisa was quick to reply to my questions and we are so happy she was able to accommodate our last minute booking. We will be back ASAP!

Very welcoming and very helpful host, with response times to very fast messages and constant attention to requests regarding our needs (both about the house and the activity we wanted to do). He immediately showed great trust in us, also providing us with ample flexibility in schedules and preparing a homemade breakfast. Clean and tidy house; everything you need has been provided, from the bathroom to the room (sheets, towels, soaps, various kits). Really great experience, quiet environment with the addition of the possibility to take advantage of a beautiful very clean pool. Definitely recommend :)

A beautiful stay. Truly an oasis. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Incredible welcoming explaining everything you could possibly do, see and eat in the surrounding areas. They were also incredibly responsive with requests, and very nice people. The hotel room was small but beautiful, and had everything you needed. Breakfast was wonderful also. The pool was fantastic. A very good stay.

Quiet and relaxed place

Luisa and her team was such a wonderful host. We loved staying at her wonderful place. We just can recommend everyone who’s visiting Roma to stop by. We truly looking forward to come back :)

Damiano welcomed me at the apartment, and he was very friendly. The place was great and very close to the main attractions in Rome. I didn’t need to use the train or bus to get around the city. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place, centrally located, ease of access, we wished we would’ve stayed longer!

Tiziana's house is a great value, everything clean and organized, a very large room with a balcony and lots of plants and kittens, we love cats and plants so I felt at home! The kittens are in an outdoor space, they don't bother you, but if you want to interact, they are super docile. There is a market nearby, the bus stop we use most is a 5-minute walk away, and it takes you to several places. There is a subway, but it is a 20-minute walk, which we also use. It is not so close to the center, it will take you about 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to the tourist spots. There is a lot of traffic in the region, so it ends up taking longer to arrive. There is a restaurant nearby that we like, BeloVerde, and there are some nearby that we have not been to. Overall we had a great reception from the hosts who were very kind and friendly to us and the place is super quiet and we rested well. We will recommend it to friends.
