Recently built 900 square foot apartment nicely appointed. Surrounded by nature, heavily wooded views, park like setting with a creek out back. The apartment is totally separate from the main house, connected by a covered bridge, with its own private entrance and keyless electronic doorlock. Enjoy outdoor seating areas on the benches in the circular park, the arbor overlooking our hosta garden and on the covered bridge. Located in the prestigious North Point area of Reston and close to shopping.

This unit is for ONLY ONE Guest. Pls DO NOT bring 2nd person. Enjoy well appointed furnishings in a wooded rustic setting. Thirty minutes from Washington, DC but feels far away. Quick access to I-95, I-495, ICC Rt 200, Metro and downtown Silver Spring. One block to laundromat. Easy access to Rachel Carson State Park and Anacostia river. The unit is located in a building with three other rental units. Families with children live upstairs. It is a structure from the 1950s and not sound proof.
