Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Montgomery County

This is our second time staying with Wanda and it was even better than the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need if you like to cook your own food. But if that’s not your thing there are a bunch of fantastic restaurants to choose from within walking distance (the hosts have fantastic recommendations!) The bathroom had more than enough towels and toiletries for the three of us and was well stocked with everything you could need. It’s within walking distance of the university as well as the metro if you want to do some touristy stuff as well (which we did on our last day). The hosts are super responsive and kind and quick to update if anything is wrong. If you’re super comfy girlies like we are, there are plenty of blankets to go around while enjoying the super quaint living room. It’s one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at and has set the bar for every subsequent Airbnb we have stayed in. we will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in DC!

Great location, easy walk to downtown Bethesda, well connected to rest of the city. Clean, comfortable apartment. Mark was very communicative and answered our questions quickly. Would be happy to be back in the future.

I stayed at Xie’s place for two weeks. I just moved to the area and needed an Air BnB as my own apartment had a water discharge and was unusable. My apartment was not very proactive about the exact date and so we had to modify our dates a few times. Xie, knowing our situation accommodated all that. We also needed an air mattress and her husband dropped it off for us along with some other supplies. The apartment had cleaning supplies for laundry which was super convenient for us as we had a toddler with us.

The apartment was spotless and absolutely ideal for a holiday. It takes about 10min walking to the station and shops. Toba was so friendly and the instructions he provided were really helpful. Highly recommend.

Amanda's place met all our expectations. It was clean, full equipped, and the view from the windows was an unexpected surprise. Amanda was always responsive and helpful. If I need to find a place in Reston, I will be checking her place first. We had a very pleasant stay.

Second time staying here in town on business. Absolutely perfect location. Extremely clean space that is walkable to anything that you need. Check in was an absolute breeze and the instructions were extremely clear. One nice little bonus was the host had saved the fan from my last day which helped me sleep like a baby. All around absolutely wonderful experience, if I’m ever in town again on business, this spot will be my first choice.

good place and walk to metro ten mins. Suitable for the traveling living.

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.

We enjoyed a comfortable 7 night stay with our daughter, son-in law and 2 years old granddaughter who traveled from Oslo, Norway. Oleg is very kind and responsive, the best host we have ever encountered. After we requested some bedding for crib, he ordered them right away and sent us a nice little blanket and a small pillow for our granddaughter in the next morning! He even let us to keep the bedding! The apartment is clean and neat and has all the conveniences needed. It is in a great location, convenient walk to metro, above WholeFoods and other nice restaurants/Starbucks and CVS. We highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

I travel a lot with a group of 4-7 friends and we have booked many Locations, Melissa's house was the best. I can not list everything that made us feel at home but just to mention a few; The entire house is super clean and things are very well arranged, the kitchen is well stocked. I honestly never seen any other house this stocked, it will be very hard to open a cabinet and don't find what you need. The bathroom are not lacking anything, all the supplies you would want and more. Its in a very quite neighborhood easy to walk, find and access, the yard was very spacious with a perfect back porch. Melissa will proactively communicate and let you know everything in advance which made our stay easy and comfortable. I never had to reach out to ask for anything, and if i did, am sure she would be very responsive. I will be staying here whenever i am visiting the area in the future. Perfect house and worth every minute we had access to it.

The apartment downstairs was a little bit of a surprise. Maybe I didn’t read the description all the way, but the basement apartment should be a little more visible in the description of the place. Other than that. It’s perfect!

Great stay, perfect size for a family of four. The home was well maintained and nicely furnished. Charlotte was responsive when the stove didn’t work and got it fixed quickly. Overall, as advertised.

Beautiful home. We appreciated that there were plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of space to spread out. Excellent showers and all you could need in the kitchen and pantry for the most part. Dominic was very friendly and attentive, and our family had an excellent time and created wonderful memories together!

This was a wonderful experience for our family that came to DC for our daughter’s graduation. The home had everything we needed and provided a relaxing, comfortable space, complete with a beautiful yard and pool. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.

This house is fabulous and perfect for large groups. Plenty of space for gathering and privacy if wanted. Hot tub and pool were great. Home recently updated and in great condition. Didn't have time to use the sauna. Neighborhood is quiet, very walkable and beautiful. Easy access to anything you might need or want.

Not no only was the house beautiful and big enough for a family reuniting again, the area was safe and private and not too far from the areas we had listed to visit. The host was great with responding and keeping in touch with us. The house was clean and instructions were clear. I enjoyed the fact that the upstairs and downstairs area was available. We plan on using the same house again for our next trip to dc

Plenty of room for 6 of us. Beautiful modern home surrounded by trees yet only a couple of minutes to Giant grocery store or the Bethesda metro.
