Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Montgomery County

Great AirBnB, especially if you have pets. Our family (my parents, my son, my wife and I) as well as two dogs had plenty of room both inside and outside. The deck and backyard were spacious and completely fenced off which was lovely. The amenities were great as well - we'd stay again if we had the same needs again!

Just as described, private, secluded in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is maintained to perfection, the outdoor sitting area is very comfortable. The place is more spacious than expected, with a large living area. The kitchen is well supplied, we had a great 5 weeks with Miriam. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect for our 2-night stay with our adult son! The space was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. Though it’s a basement apartment, it felt totally private and peaceful. The living area was huge—with a ping pong table, bar seating, and a sectional big enough to sleep two. The hosts also provided comfy twin mattresses that worked great for our son. 1.5 baths made things super convenient for the three of us, and check-in was a breeze. We never saw the hosts in person but felt completely taken care of—super responsive and thoughtful. Plus, Hyattsville is an awesome, safe little town with fun bars, restaurants, and easy access to DC. We’ll 1000% stay here again!

A wonderful home with great amenities and a very kind, helpful and responsive host. She respected our privacy and accommodated everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were lovely. She even had a plastic pool for our dogs to play in. The house was well stocked and clean. There was clear communication from booking to checkout. We would for sure stay again!

I recently stayed at Daniel's Airbnb while attending my uncle's funeral, and I cannot express how grateful I am for his hospitality. We had 4 couples for 2 nights while our girls stayed in a hotel for a tournament at the Soccerplex. The old house was quiet and had plenty of space for us all. Jim let us have the kids over for dinner (we brought paper plates, plastic forks, etc) and enjoyed using the grill, outdoor seating area and indoor tables so all 20 people could sit and eat at once. Fun weekend!

This property was very well listed, it was very clean and exceeded expectations. Easy parking and the place feels safe and clean. The hosts are amazing and we are very thankful for their hospitality. 15/10 recommend.

This place feels like home. A kitchen and a laundry room are all we need. The house is very spacious and has a great outdoor environment. This is a comfortable place. Gale responded to all questions promptly.

Peter and Co-hosts were awesome. The place was easy to access, and Peter was proactive in sharing details and was awesome to let us park nearby after check out. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again when and if returning to DC. The location was tucked away enough to be away from traffic but close enough to access the big sites if you have a car. 10/10 recommend. And he’s right. The most affordable place you’ll find!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Gillian and Boe’s property. The property is eclectic, comfortable and pristine. The garden is lush and wonderful to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful delight that it is. The location is great in the Arts district and close to some fabulous restaurants.

Omq we had an amazing time at David’s place everything was so incredible. I would recommend if you are visiting DC, you won’t regret it at. I’m telling you i didn’t want to leave the place lol but love the space & the area safe location. Parking is great over there as well no problems at all, just loved everything about it thank you again David ☺️

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

We really loved the en suite washer & dryer. The layout was very livable with lots of storage spaces. The use of borrowed daylight was effective via glass block sections in the living area and bathroom. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the easy walk to the Metro & grocery store, and restaurants downtown could be reached via the circulator bus. Jeff and Peggy were friendly and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. If our son wasn’t moving out of the area, we would likely choose to stay there again.

Nicholas's place was perfect location for us to travel between Maryland and DC, amenities were great, will book again for future visits!

This place was absolutely lovely! Everything was so close by and easy to navigate. And the Airbnb itself was so clean and very cute! My partner and I had a wonderful stay here.

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Me and my husband had a truly fantastic stay here at the Jewelbox. It is in a very sweet neighborhood that is the perfect walking distance from E-bikes, a park, multiple bus stops, a gas station, and convenience stores. Each one of the hosts on this stay made me feel incredibly comfortable to say if I needed ANYTHING!! They put effort into making it very easy to find where to park, and took previous feedback to make things even better than before. I seriously loved the stay here and WILL BE returning⭐️

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

This place made our vacation so simple and stress free! The place was clean and had a light and homey feel to it that was pleasant to come home to at the end of the day! Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Chris was the perfect host. The apartment was just perfect. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Got to meet his wife and Phillip the cat, also very pleasant. Very responsive to our needs. Absolutely a great value for your money. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the DC area.

Rodrigo was an amazing host and very responsive. The place was great and close to many restaurants with Trader joes steps away and has an easy access to the metro. The apartment was very cosy and comfortable. However, some more seating options other than the sofa bed in the living room would be good. The parking garage in the basement was very convenient and has easy access.
