Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Monterrico

The stay was very good. The house is well equipped, clean and with a kitchen that makes the experience much easier, as it has everything you need to cook comfortably. As a suggestion, it would be ideal to improve the speed of communication a little, as the responses can be a little late. I would also recommend placing non-slip rugs at the entrance of the pool towards the kitchen and in the bathrooms, for security. Additionally, having larger trash receptacles would help prevent animals like cats from approaching and may cause inconvenience. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it.

Right on the beach you can’t beat the location. There’s stores and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk. Only complaint 5th bedroom shows a picture of a ladder only after arriving did we realize that the ladder was not a decoration but the way to get to bedroom. It’s a loft it would have been helpful to include word loft when describing bedroom 5.

Very comfortable stay, to be with friends, the only bad thing is that there is only one bathroom inside the house and another outside. But everything else, very clean and comfortable.

A great place!! Ideal for family vacations. A comfortable and private place. The clean and large pool, very close to the beach with chairs and everything in good condition! I highly recommend it! We had problems with the light that was unstable but due to problems in the area and still the host was very attentive and calling Energuate to fix it soon, which we really appreciate! If you see this review, 10/10 this place for your vacation in Monterrico 👍🏻

the house is very nice with everything you need, an impeccable and large pool, close to the beach, we had a great time. The host was very quick to respond and was quite accessible as we were a little late for the traffic. 100/10 Everything is excellent!!!

Location location location... Family friendly location and setup. Nice restaurant 50mts away... My family and I appreciated the fully setup kitchen, always convenient for a late night snack

Wonderful place, exactly as depicted in the photos. My family of 4 had a wonderful time. We found ourselves staying within the gated community the whole time as there is not much to do in nearby towns/neighborhoods. Having the restaurant and beach club inside the gated community was a major plus, as we could choose to have the food delivered to our footsteps, or getting transported to the restaurant (menu was 4/5 on food, but at a great price overall). The swim up pool right outside the living room terrace was great, we barely left the property on a couple of days. Overall a wonderful stay, very recommended.

We stayed at Areia Paredon one night and it was very enjoyable. The entire house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. All the rooms had AC and the beds were comfortable. We were located really close to the beach. We loved having the pool to cool off, very relaxing . Overall, the house was very nice and comfortable, just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was really nice and understanding, he let us in early and allowed us to stay an hour late. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

It was an excellent stay, in a very private and quiet location, the very beautiful pool in front of the beach. The people in charge of the house were very thoughtful and helpful.

I am very grateful for the flexible schedules, immediate responses, and support in matters of requirement. Something super valuable was that we had a slight accident on the beach with a construction rod and we were surprised that there was a first aid kit in the house. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻🫶🏻 That was great! Very nice, quiet, cozy and private. Easy access and well-equipped.

The house is very nice, it's great for a large family. Communication with Carlos was very good and he resolved our concerns and needs. Highly recommended!!!

we had a wonderful stay. the house has a beautiful charm and is furnished with a lot of love. the place is fantastic. the sea right outside the door and the pool is large. you could eat on the terrace overlooking the sea. the food of Lilly is fantastic. she cooked for us every day, as also the infrastructure of Monterrico does not have so much to offer in restaurants. joel has taken care of every one of our wishes. the two are great! We would not live so far away, we would be more often in the casa coricori.

An excellent place, nothing that is not shown in the photos and it has all the amenities that one could use. The pool was amazing, definitely one of the most enjoyable of the places I've been to.
