I really enjoyed my stay, Maria Teresa is an excellent Host and resolved my requests effectively. It reminded me that there are good hosts on AirBnb that I otherwise had no intention of using. Very friendly and attentive.

A great place!! Ideal for family vacations. A comfortable and private place. The clean and large pool, very close to the beach with chairs and everything in good condition! I highly recommend it! We had problems with the light that was unstable but due to problems in the area and still the host was very attentive and calling Energuate to fix it soon, which we really appreciate! If you see this review, 10/10 this place for your vacation in Monterrico 👍🏻

A nice place, with all its amenities. The property is very well maintained and in excellent condition. Its ocean view and its location right in front of the ocean made the stay wonderful

Another beautiful stay on the beach. The house is beautiful, but the best part is the outside area. The hammock, beachside bed, and all the outdoor seating are fantastic. Magali is a wonderful cook and was very kind. The location is excellent. There is a public path next to the house, but the pool and seats are higher and do not bother you. I have seen the notes about the smell in the upstairs bathroom - there is a smell, but leave the window open and remember you are on the beach. It's amazing.

I loved the place, everything was impeccable, well equipped, the place is quite quiet. I definitely enjoyed my weekend. They were always attentive to my messages! Highly recommended, I would book it again without a doubt!

The apartment is in very good condition, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On our trip we went with my 3-year-old daughter and the place is very friendly with small children. Of all the apartments I have visited in Villa los Cabos this has been the one I liked the most. We will definitely return.

Excellent apartment to be on the beach. The rooms are spacious and have A/C. The kitchen is equipped and has dishes and utensils. I loved the water filter, it's a nice touch. Communication with Estuardo was very good and he was always attentive. I definitely recommend visiting this place!

Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

Luddin is an excellent host, the accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, ideal for couples or small families. We really liked the place, very quiet and close to everything. We will definitely return

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped and very comfortable. We had a nice stay with my family, we enjoyed the apartment, it is very well equipped, furnished and the decoration gives it a special touch. The pool is the best, modern and spacious, with options for children and a bar. The sea view makes it even more beautiful. Highly recommended and we hope to return soon. By the way, the host is very friendly and accessible.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. Added bonus was she had a high chair and pack n play for our 7month old. Only thing I think could improve her place would be to have some place to relax on the balcony. But we loved her place. The kitchen was well stocked with the needed items to cook with.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful house with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning in every room, balcony and beautiful view, beautiful pool, beautiful location on the beach. We would love to come back.

The place is spectacular. Everything is very well cared for in the condominium. It's sorry to come. With niños they have a great time.

Very good stay, comfortable and friendly. The house like the pictures cute everything, private and safe condominium. Rodrigo always attentive to us a pleasure to have been in the apartment.
