Beachfront holiday rentals in Monterrico

Right on the beach you can’t beat the location. There’s stores and restaurants within a 1/2 mile walk. Only complaint 5th bedroom shows a picture of a ladder only after arriving did we realize that the ladder was not a decoration but the way to get to bedroom. It’s a loft it would have been helpful to include word loft when describing bedroom 5.

Un excelente lugar!! Ideal para vacacionar en familia. Un lugar cómodo y privado. La piscina limpia y grande, muy cerca de la playa con sillas y todo en buen estado! Lo recomiendo mucho! Tuvimos problemas con la luz que era inestable pero por problemas en la zona y aún así el anfitrión estuvo muy al pendiente y llamando a Energuate para que lo arreglaran pronto lo cual agradecemos mucho! Si ven esta reseña, 10/10 este lugar para sus vacaciones en Monterrico 👍🏻

Un hermoso lugar para poder disfrutar en familia, con amigos. Muy recomendado. Todo muy organizado, en un buen lugar, la casa como se muestra en la fotos, y Maria una excelente anfitriona.

La casa muy bonita y espaciosa que era lo principal, excelente ubicación y Álvaro el encargado de la casa muy atento y servicial, volveremos a quedar.

Nos encantó la casa de Jorge! Muy limpia, bien equipada y sobre todo muy cómoda para familias. Jorge fue muy amable y dio instrucciones muy claras sobre cómo llegar. Ya estando ahí, Jaime nos apoyó muchísimo para conocer los espacios y las reglas de la casa. Muchas gracias por todo, esperamos volver pronto!

We had an amazing stay at this beach cottage in El Paredón! The private pool was a total highlight—perfect for relaxing any time of day. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to great restaurants. The location was ideal and njust steps to the beach.. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing beach escape!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous beach cabin! It was perfect for our family of four. Rustic, cozy, and full of charm. The kids loved the hammocks and the beach toys that were in the house. We loved waking up in the ocean view right from the upstairs window. The cabin has everything you need for a simple, nature-filled getaway. Just steps from the beach. If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic stay in El Paredón, this is it!

The place is immaculate safe and well kept. The staff around the complex is friendly and professional. The apartment exceded our expectations and spotless. Personally, I highly recommend it. The pool, and the well kept settings make the place an incredible experience. Definitely, a place that I will visit again in future trips!. Great memories are created in great destination, and this location definitely is one of them.

Hébergement merveilleux. Magnifique maison avec cuisine entièrement équipée, lits confortables, air climatisé dans chaque chambre, balcon et belle vue, belle piscine, bel emplacement sur la plage. Nous serions ravis de revenir.

Très bonne expérience. C’était très propre et il n’y a eu aucun problème de communication. Le seul problème sont les travaux juste à côté, et qui commençait très tôt. Cela ne nous a pas beaucoup gêné, mais il reste qu’on peut s’attendre à mieux pour ce prix. Sommairement, nous avons passé un bon moment, et nous recommandons ce RBNB, surtout pour la proximité avec la plage.

Otra hermosa estadía en la playa. La casa es hermosa, pero la mejor parte es el área exterior. La hamaca, la cama junto a la playa y todos los asientos al aire libre son fantásticos. Magali es una cocinera maravillosa y fue muy amable. La ubicación es excelente. Hay un camino público al lado de la casa, pero la piscina y los asientos están más arriba y no te molestan. He visto las notas sobre el olor en el baño de arriba: hay un olor, pero deja la ventana abierta y recuerda que estás en la playa. Es increíble.

Me hospede cob mi familia. 2 padres mayores de 50 años, mi hermana y su pareja, mi esposa y mi hijo de 2 años. la sombra en la piscina fue muy apta para evitar quemarnos, el área de sala y cocina fue apta para evitar que mi hijo ya por la noche quisiera estar en la piscina, los dos aires condicionados en el área de sala fue una comodidad durante la cena

This location is gorgeous!! I loved the open floor concept, and the modern beach touch to it all. Maria is a GEM!! She assisted me in planning my son’s 10th birthday party, & was always ready and willing to communicate with me about everything. Edwin was also fantastic! He was very attentive and responsive during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Muy cómoda estadía, para estar con amigos, lo único malo es que solo hay un baño adentro de la casa y otro afuera. Pero todo lo demás, muy limpio y cómodo.

The place is beautiful! Very well designed with high end finishes and attention to detail. Love the sliding glass door that gives you the option of open air living space or close it off and have AC. All around a great option for the area. The host was great a very responsive. I will definitely be returning.

Ambiente super agradable, muy cómodo y fresco, privado, equipado con todo lo escencial. Perfecto para salir de la rutina, ubicada cerca de lunares para comer y el mar.

Muy contentos con nuestra selección. La villa es muy bonita y con una muy linda vista al mar. Mis hijos se disfrutaron mucho la piscina que es bastante amplia y bien diseñada para niños. El balcón fue mi lugar favorito, donde comíamos con el sonido del mar de fondo. Virginia fue muy atenta, sin duda regresaremos!

La casa es hermosa, las amenidades y cuartos super completos. Es evidente la dedicación y esmero en los detalles de la casa.
