Luca’s place is perfectly located in the heart of La Spezia—just steps away from great restaurants and within walking distance of all the main sights. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the train station, which made it super convenient for day trips to Cinque Terre while still being able to enjoy relaxed evenings in La Spezia. The location really couldn’t have been better for our stay!

If you are looking for a space with one of the most amazing views in the world, then book this space immediately! Watching the sunset from the balcony every night is incredible and made our first experience in Manarola unforgettable. Erica's space was super clean and beautifully designed. More of a modern set up, with unique lighting options and a large jacuzzi tub. Although we didn't use much of it, there are plenty of kitchen items, to make you feel at home, plus a washing machine! All that being said, there is a pretty impressive climb to the space. Unfortunately, we arrived in town after the assisted check-in window, so my wife and I had to push our luggage up a pretty steep incline, through the town, and then up a good amount of steps, plus the room is three flights up from the entrance. So, if daily climbs and steps aren't your thing, then maybe this isn't the spot for you. All in all, Erica's place is amazing and made our stay in Manarola a really great one.

An extremely warm welcome from Franca! There is no doubt that the walk from the train station and the steps up to the room are steep but the accommodation and views were worth the trek! The room is cosy with everything you would need. The WiFi was a little shaky and when I reported this to Franca it was rebooted straight away. The patio overlooking Riomaggiore was a perfect spot for a glass of wine and taking in the atmosphere, not least watching the swifts circle the town. The bed was comfy and everything provided including beach towels should you want to go for a swim. I would definitely recommend Francas place not least to meet the fabulous Nonna herself! She is 80 years old and managed the steps ok but then I guess has been doing so for many years! A great experience! Thank you!

Ilenia’s place is adorable, clean, and, quiet and has a great vibe. Ilenia’s check-in and check out instructions were so clear with detailed photographs showing the way. Ilenia was so responsive and kind, even bringing us additional toilet paper and beach towels. Ilenia is a great host and we loved coming back to the calmness of her place after long days out hiking, etc. P.S. the stairs getting in are steep, but just hold the handrail, there are steep stairs all over the cinque terre. 100% recommend

Incredible hosts. I had to cancel my stay after 1 night for personal reasons and Christiana was so gracious and helpful, even giving us her contact info in case we needed more help later. The place is small but extremely clean and functional with all basic necessities provided and everything you need. Bed is extremely comfy. Location is right in the middle of town with an amazing viewpoint a 1 min walk away. Only one flight of stairs to get in. No view as the listing states but if you will be out exploring a lot this would 100% be the best place for a home base. Incredible value for money since in addition to the affordable price Christiana can get you discounted train and trekking cards, offers a discount at her restaurant, and the included breakfast is generous and delicious! We loved Sabine’s place and the town of Vernazza! It was the perfect homebase in Cinque Terre. The airbnb was very nice and peaceful and the little extra details like the beach towels, coffee and books made it feel extra home-y. Sabine picked us up in town to show us the place and give us pointers around town which we greatly appreciated. We would love to stay here again. Thanks Sabine!

Don’t hesitate to stay at this place. Marco goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. He was flexible with our arrival time, as we had a few hiccups while driving there. He helped us carry our luggage up to the apartment and made sure we understood how everything worked. He also gave us great recommendations for places to eat, which we really appreciated. The apartment is just like the photos. We were a group of four and stayed comfortably for two nights. Everything looks new. At check-out, Marco came by to make sure we were all set before heading to the central station. Thanks for everything, we truly appreciated the assistance.

The location next to the train station is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre as well as for visiting La Spezia on foot. The apartment is ultra clean and the terrace is the real star of this accommodation. What a pleasure to eat out morning, noon and evening. Thank you to Carla and her husband who helped with our suitcases and strollers on our arrival and departure to the train station.

Luca's apartment is very well located, less than 10 min walk from the train station while being in a nice area near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and sofa are perfect. The lounge area is small but we were never there during the day. Great for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

Welcoming, explanations, advice and availability as old friends. We were unable to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the location of the apartment due to our lack of time, but the accommodation and location alone are worth the vacation. Thanks again to Fulvio for the quality of his welcome and his many tips about the neighborhood. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and really very well located. It is close to the train station, buses, a supermarket and small local restaurants. Very easy access to the Cinque Terre. We also visited the quarries of Carrara and Porto Venere. Perfect stay

Very kind and helpful host, gave us a lot of useful tips about the area, the apartment is very nice, well maintained, on the third floor but with a very convenient elevator. We did not use the kitchen but it has everything you need, we found the bed comfortable and the area very quiet.

We lovde our stay at this apartment in Lerici. Amazing place with fantastiske view over the city and the bay. A true gem for annonse looking to spent time in Lerici. We will be back!

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

The house is truly wonderful, with attention to detail and a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the procedure was a bit long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a bit dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a space well integrated with the rest of the accommodation - a small detachment in an otherwise very well-kept context. Apart from that, everything is wonderful: welcoming environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average in the area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

Everything went smoothly for this stay! Ilaria took great care with us to prepare for our arrival, with the crib we had asked for, full of tips and recommendations to enjoy our stay, a great welcome. The space was perfectly aligned with the description and what we were paying attention to. It is a great solution for people wishing to visit the area by car. This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.

The appartment is spacious and clean. within a few minutes you're at the station and the surroundings are otherwise peaceful.

We loved everything there! Ivana, Alan and the people in the village were just welcoming and open minded. We slept in the comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The apartement contains everything you need, has several sleeping arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All was clean and comfortable. The view up to the castle is calming and a good reason for a short walk. Ivana knows a lot about the area, the history of Lunigiana and answers all your questions gladly. Breakfast and dinner is local, handmade and really tasty in a cosy atmospere. If you are looking for a place to calm down, feel welcome and enjoy nature its a perfect place we can fully recommed (dogs are also welcome).
