Family-friendly holiday rentals in Monteroni di Lecce

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

We arrived late in the evening because of a delay in our flight. Cosimo's parents nevertheless welcomed us very, very warmly, took a lot of time to show us everything and even got us a pizza. The house is perfect, nice and quiet, offers plenty of space to relax. All the basic equipment you need was there. The house is beautiful, modern and practically furnished and equipped with many small thoughtful details. The outdoor area is very spacious and offers plenty of shade. It's only a few meters to the beach, and during the week there were no people there. We had a perfect week.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

A beautiful and tranquil setting. We took walks along the country road surrounded by olive trees and wild flowers. The garden and pool are beautiful and we spent lots of time there. We also explored Spongano and our beloved town of Specchia. Salento is magical and so is Villa Ada.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

A 5-star accommodation. Large apartment, well exposed, very well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. While being close to the beach, and small shops. Bike, BBQ and Jacuzzi available. Complimentary coffee pods and a bottle of red wine. A view of the sea and the breathtaking sunset. We would have stayed there for a few more days. I recommend it 1000%.

Beautiful apartment with spacious grounds, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything is designed to have a wonderful stay in Salento. Access by car is easy, and the accommodation is very well furnished, comfortable, clean and welcoming. A true haven of peace, ideal to recharge your batteries. Hosts Ada and Salvatore are absolutely wonderful: caring, available and concerned about our well-being. The welcome was perfect, with delicious coffee and cake on arrival — a nice touch that sets the tone for the stay. My daughter loved running freely on the grounds and playing with the cats, which added a touch of happiness to our getaway. Thank you for this beautiful stay and for letting us discover the Nespole, a fruit we did not know and that my daughter loved! We would definitely recommend this listing.

I stayed at this villa with three friends and it was beautiful. The Villa is large, clean and well equipped, nothing was missing, the pool is always kept clean by the owner. The soccer/volleyball court is perfect for fun. The host is the owner, they were very kind and helpful and made everything that our stay was perfect. I recommend a car to have a perfect stay.

A beautiful haven of peace 10 minutes from Lecce😊!The property is beautiful and the apartment is great . We were able to shine easily in all Puglia and enjoy the calm of the villa and the joys of the pool after busy days. It is sure that if we return to Puglia we will rent again here😊👍!

Spectacular beachfront, a stone's throw from the beach, easy to reach, perfect for those with Children, or relaxing on the beach, I don't even need the car anymore...I should have stayed all summer!!!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Close to downtown. Close to the train station and you can park on the apartment's street, so the location is excellent. Comfortable beds, large rooms. We felt at home and better. I recommend it to everyone. I can only thank Fernanda for her willingness to answer any questions we had. See you next time

We were charmed by this little corner of heaven. Comfortable bed, immaculate space, functional for cooking and perfect for relaxing outside. We appreciated the availability of the bikes since the village is very close. Andrea gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants.

We had a great time here for three days. It's a great location right in the centre of the predestrianised old town. The apartment and the building it's in are lovely. Lecce was a great base trip explore Puglia from. Francesca was really helpful. Note that if you've got a car then you'll need to park a few minutes walk away - we parked at the closest one which was 25 euros a day - there might be cheaper or free places a bit further out.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

Villa with a beautiful outdoor space, a superb terrace and a pool with a sea view. The interior of the villa is smaller but well-equipped and sufficient. Two independent sleeping areas, which can be appreciated for the privacy of each. Isolated villa in the heart of nature, there are therefore many different insects. Alberto and Chiara were very welcoming and responsive. We had a basket filled with various local specialties that we enjoyed a lot. We had a lovely stay.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet location, nestled in a lovely landscape. Unfortunately, the kitchen lacks some utensils to cook yourself (peeler, good pans, cereal bowls, among others). It would be great if that were added. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Grandi Fiori. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the charming village of Oria, in the heart of Puglia, a perfect starting point for exploring the region. The villa is really superb: spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook with pleasure during our stay. Several terraces surround the house, perfect for enjoying the sun or shade at any time of the day. The garden, entirely surrounded by hedges, offered us total privacy and absolute tranquility – a true haven of peace. Thank you to Ingrid and Piet for your warm welcome. It was a pleasure to meeting you. Villa Grandi Fiori is undoubtedly a place where you will already be dreaming of returning!

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.

Beautiful historic property which was easily accessible to the tourist towns such as Ostuni, Alberobello etc. Pierfrancesco was a generous host and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Anna and Toni were very kind and caring hosts and when I had a problem with the car, even came out to pick me up from the village and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival there were all kinds of goodies waiting for me including coffee and a bottle of wine which I was not expecting! I had a very enjoyable time and my Italian improved no end after my weeks stay as they were great to chat to. I car is essential and there is plenty of parking at the property. This is the nicest Air BnB we have ever stayed at. It is as beautiful as the pictures depict, both inside and out, and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.
