Tammy’s place is a wonderful home to stay at while visiting the area. It is comfortable and clean with plenty of room for several people. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The backyard is very inviting and the hot tub is a nice perk. Tammy provided clear instructions and was responsive. Highly recommend!

Great place! It’s a pretty quick walk to get downtown. The place is well maintained and very clean. The hot tub is fantastic! Best of all Karen and Jim are great hosts that put in many thoughtful little touches to help guests feel welcome and taken care of. You will not regret staying here. Debra and David were so incredibly nice. The house and the outdoors/garden are beautiful. We loved the hot tub being off the master suite and the fact there are no neighbors so it’s incredibly quiet. It’s in a great location near both downtown and the fairgrounds. We can’t wait to return. We loved that it’s in the middle of no where. Everything about the place/location was beautiful, sunrise, sunset, watching the stars at night. It was peaceful, no one around just us. The home had lots of amenities. He reached out and made sure we didn’t have any issues, which we didn’t. Our family really loved the home/scenery! We took small hikes and explored as well. I recommend this place!

We had an incredible time staying this Airbnb. Our host, Pamela, has thought of every detail and there is nothing that you’ll need. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us where everything was. We truly felt welcomed and we look forward to staying here again. You cannot beat the location. When we first arrived we were so surprised by how quiet it was and we were there to disconnect from our stressful jobs. We really enjoyed the beautiful beaches and forest!

Susan was wonderful and the house was clean and we felt right at home

Susan was a wonderful host. We felt right at home. The location was quiet and provides such a stunning view. We lucked out and all the flowers were bloomed.The hot tub/spa was user friendly and the kids loved it. This vacation home was perfect to have a place to unwind and recharge during a family wedding. There are many restaurants and stores near by. We really appreciated all of the local information our host provided.Our favorite was an effortless trip to Monterey Bay Aquarium and the hidden gem beach recommendation. All of the rooms were tidy and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely book here again!

Michele was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The actual apartment itself is so cozy and the outdoor areas to lounge and soak in the jacuzzi was beautiful.

Sean's cottage is an absolute delight, we moved in as though it was our own home. Worth reading previous reviews mentioning building works next door. As we were prepared for this (they started 8am promptly Mon-Fri), also ants (which didn't show up) and the racoon in the bins (which did show up) none of this was an issue, and was reflected in the reduced rental. Sean was an excellent host, replied speedily to any queries, including calling a plumber for a minor problem. The cottage is the most homely of places, there's everything you could need, the kitchen is generously equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The pretty patio is full of flowers and birds. Since it was April, we were not outside in the evenings, but it seems noise is an issue with neighbours. There are polite but firm notices requesting no outside noise after 9pm which could be difficult on hot summer evenings. This was one of our favourite Airbnbs, the location is fabulous, so much to do, we were busy all the time

Perfect location for us while visiting family in the area and attending my Grandma’s 95th birthday celebration all while still feeling like we were on a remote vacation for my own little family. We definitely plan to return!! Thank you Carli and Team!!

It was an amazing family get away

Clean, compact and cozy cottage. Clutter free. We stayed three nights with our pets, and this cottage suited us perfectly. A nearby park (Martin Park) provides a destination for a short dog walk, or as the gateway for a longer walk if one is inclined to venture into the neighborhood. Our neighborhood stroll led us to discover a yard landscaped brilliantly with succulents, at the corner of Lowell Street and Mingo Avenue, only one block north of Martin Park.) The cottage's off-street parking brought peace-of-mind, as there were lots of vehicles parked on the street. We had a delightful visit. (If you have an especially large vehicle, inquire of the hosts first about compatibility, as the street is a bit narrow. We were in an average size vehicle and had no problems.)

Beautiful spot tucked away in the trees, but so close to everything the area has to offer. We were only here for a brief one night stay, but wished we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back. Was perfect for our quick stay with our pup and such a peaceful hideaway to recoup after a long drive. Walking distance to town for shops and restaurants, or a short drive. Tom was so kind and the cabin had all the thoughtful touches you hope for in an Airbnb experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly! We can’t wait for return for a longer stay.

We had a large group that rented both properties - the Hacienda House and Vineyard House. Both were excellent, as described, stocked with anything you need and communication was fast and helpful. Our entire family loved it and felt like royalty. Would highly recommend it and would come back again for sure.

We love this cozy little house. We had great experience at this kid and dog friendly place. The fenced backyard is amazing and you have an ocean view there. Definitely recommend.

Dennis’ place was great. Very clean and spacious. The area was quiet and very peaceful. It was also nice to have fresh eggs every morning from the chickens in the back yard. It was fun feeding them too. I would stay here again.

This neighborhood is safe and peaceful. We have stayed at The Dunes numerous times over the last 4 years. Lisa’s home is beautiful and inviting. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed. It is such a gorgeous area and the staff at the front gate is always so helpful too. I had to reach out to Lisa multiple times throughout our stay and each time her responses were quick and respectful. It was a delight to chat with her and we are definitely planning to come back and would rent this home again.

We were in town for a weekend of trail racing and Valentina's place was perfect. It was less than a mile from our event at Toro Park and on a nice, quiet street. The place was very comfortable and the outdoor area was excellent for recovery and relaxing on Saturday. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for 5 of us. Valentina was very responsive throughout the entire process, I really appreciated her. Great place to stay!

It was beautiful, private, and a hidden gem! We had lots of fun and enjoyed all the views throughout the house. The house is even better than the pictures. We had our 2 boys, had plenty to do between the beach, books, basketball, spa, ping pong, and games! We definitely recommend and would go back! Not to mention I love artichokes and this house is located in artichoke city!! So amazing!! 10/10 you won’t be disappointed!

Janice’s apartment had gorgeous views and was a short walk to a lovely and walkable beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make easy meals and the whole place was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!
