The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in Montecito. This is the perfect spot to relax and rest after a day of sightseeing. This is a new addition to our home, so you will have the opportunity to stay in a very updated space. There is a separate entrance to the guest studio and off-street parking for one car. We are located in the heart of downtown so street noise can be heard during commuting hours
