Holiday rentals with a patio in Montecito

Perfect location, easy check in/out, and good communication from host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Incredible Airbnb, my friends and I were very pleased. Super great location and neighborhood as well. Very peaceful, clean and had everything we needed.

The library suite at The Marlowe is a great place for exploring Santa Barbara. The host was responsive, there was plenty of parking on the Monday and Tuesday we were there, it is two minutes away walking from state street, and the train station is viewable from the apartment. That was the only issue with location, the trains can be loud and make it difficult to sleep in. Other than that everything about the library suite was great. Plenty of amenities and even more charm. My favorite part of the suite was the balcony with the view of the mountains on one side and the beach on the other.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

My husband planned a last minute getaway and Jonathan’s place offered the perfect place to rest up while we explored Santa Barbara. Everything was within a 10 minute drive & the ocean was a short walk away. The assigned parking spot was so convenient, though it was a bit of a tight squeeze. The apartment itself was super clean when we arrived & the bed/pillows were sooo comfortable. We had a lovely stay!

This place was great! Cozy, stylish, and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and several delicious restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.

During my search for a place to celebrate my birthday weekend with my friends, Julia's place was the only host who happily provided us with military discount! To me that was such a grand gesture which I sincerely appreciated as other hosts were condescending when inquired. This place was definitely as advertised and well maintained. We walked to the beach and to the surrounding restaurants/stores. My birthday weekend was well celebrated with such a relaxing environment to return to every night. Thanks so much Julia!

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

Gorgeous sweet house! The decor and vibe were immaculate. We decided to cook at home one night, since it was so delightful to hang around the house. Five girlfriends stayed here comfortably. (You could easily fit a sixth on a trundle mattress.) Walkable to a great bakery, sweet residential/farm neighborhood good for runs. Otherwise, we drove to everything in Los Olivos and Solvang and Los Alamos, which was super easy. One note - the bedroom curtains are all pretty translucent. Plenty dark at night, but bring an eye mask if morning sun wakes you up.

Annie’s place is PHENOMENAL! Cozy, peaceful, private, and has everything we needed and more. This is the exact place you want to stay if you want the Ventura vibes, and want to be a quick trip from everything Ventura has to offer, but also far away enough to relax at home.

This was our second time staying at this cottage and we are already looking forward to returning next year. The location is phenomenal, walking distance to restaurants and shopping + a short drive to the beach. The home is comfortable and well thought out; we particularly like all the games available both inside and outdoors. Patrick is a great communicator - quick and thoughtful. Overall, such a great experience.

Gosh. My husband had to drag me out of there because I wanted to stay forever. My family of 4 and our 2 pups had the trip of a lifetime at this incredible place and are making it a tradition to come back! Can’t beat the location and the amenities inside were unmatched. We can bring half the supplies next time because Clare had it all (beach chairs, toys, endless towels, games and more). 10/10!

We had the absolute best weekend at Aidan's beautiful home. As Westmont College alumni's it was so magical and fun to be able to be back in the city where we first became young adults. The only complaint is the weekend flew by so quickly! Haha Thank you so much Aidan for your gracious hospitality, 10 out of 10!!

Great stay! Met up with a group of girlfriends between San Diego and Santa Cruz here. Such a fun time, tucked away in a great gorgeous house. Everything we needed was driving distance and easy to access. We were also having a great time hanging out at the home.

One of the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in . You walk in and you feel the peace and love put into that beautiful space. Kimberly is a phenomenal host and we cannot wait to return . Sidenote. This is a perfect location if you want to go visit several spots in the area …..easily accessible to Ojai, Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, and Ventura.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Location on the Mesa was perfect! Walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet, comfortable beds and the hot tub and private back yard were a bonus. Thank you, we would definitely return if we are in SB again!

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Our stay at Laura’s casita was wonderful! We arrived early and Lara graciously allowed us to check in early and even met us with her fresh baked sour dough bread, which was amazing! The casita is beautifully decorated and so clean. It is minutes away from the beach and the downtown area. It really was ideal!

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!
