Amazing location. Beautifully decorated home with all the essentials and lots of space. Worked out perfectly for our family getaway. Well worth the visit!

Perfect little beach hide out. I love the patio and the thoughtful amenities. It’s a very serene place on a spectacular beach. It has a Kuerig, so if you like drip or your own brand of coffee, bring a cone and filters.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, in a perfect location—just a short, easy walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet, charming neighborhood with great walking spots nearby, and we loved taking the bikes along the path to downtown Ventura. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Would stay again and again—highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Carpinteria and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Elena allowed both of our small dogs to stay with us, the beach was only about 2 minutes away, and most of the downtown area was very walkable. We also enjoyed walking along the trails of the Salt Marsh Nature Park which was across the street from us. The apartment was very clean and was fine for the two of us and our two small dogs. The only negative was that the people above us were very loud at times after 10pm and also before 8am. Elena was a wonderful host and we hope to back again some time soon for another stay. Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

Amazing little beach side cottage. We booked this place for my wedding and it was perfect. I got to relax days before the wedding had an amazing vacation, and then all me and my girls were able to get ready easily day of. I dream of coming back perfect house! Beds are super comfortable too!

Chase's home was beautiful. It was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay welcome. Check in was super easy, and I felt safe while being there, since I could call the neighbor if needed. Chase was very quick to respond to my messages. The beach was also just down the street from the house. I would definitely recommend Chase's home and would stay there again.

The condo is directly across from the beach, and an easy walk from the main strip with tons of cute shops and restaurants. The unit itself is clean, and comfortably fits four adults and two kids. It came with beach toys for the kids to use which was a huge plus. A great spot for a vacation!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

This is a beautiful home in one of the few waterfront properties between Santa Barbara and Ventura. The host was highly responsive and accommodating, and the place was very clean despite some wear and tear. The only cautions I would give to someone looking to stay here are that (1) the pool and hot tub are extremely narrow, (2) the house has no air conditioning, and (3) a large suburban or truck won’t fit in the carport with the gate closed. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Charming unit and a short walk to Linden Ave. A few hundred yards to beach entrance. Host was very responsive. We will come again.

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

The Sandyland Studio in Carpinteria CA was absolutely wonderful. The location is barely a two min walk to the beach and all the fun restaurants and shops are in walking distance. The place felt fresh, cozy and had multiple amenities. Our family of four (two elementary aged children) also slept comfortably on the queen bed and the full/queen sized pull out couch. Highly recommend this spot and we will book this place again in the future.

This AirBnB was one of the best that I have stayed in. There were 4 of us and we were more than comfortable. Sarah was very responsive and proactive. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area!

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

We absolutely loved this place! It was so relaxing to be right on the water, and to be able to hop in the hot tub on a cold morning :) The beds were incredibly comfortable and the primary bedroom felt like a luxury suite. The host and property manager are also lovely. Very kind and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible visit to Santa Barbara staying here! Everything looked just like the pictures and the back patio was gorgeous. We loved the quick walk up to the beach and had no problem with taking the time to walk into downtown. We really appreciated Maddi’s recommendations for food, drinks, and hikes. Very convenient place, highly recommend!

Our stay in Carpinteria was amazing! The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was absolutely perfect since we were one block from amazing beach with amazing sunrises and sunsets with a beautiful walk path. All the most amazing restaurants were in walkable distance or biking. There was also a grocery store nearby and coffee shops to choose from. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Bikes and other recreational equipment in the garage where very convenient. grill outside and fire pit were, our nighttime favorites since the nights get a little chilly. The views of the mountains and access to wine tour was also great. I would love to come back next time with my daughter.😊

Our time at the Garden Cottage was so wonderful! The owners of the property, Peter, Donna, and their sweet pup Koda, were so friendly and gave us plenty of privacy during our stay. They truly made us feel right at home. Peter told us some awesome history on the house/cottage and some really cool facts about the local environment. The cottage itself was very clean and the perfect size for two people. It’s an awesome home base for people who like to get out and explore. The walk to the beach is literally steps away, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every evening. We even saw some dolphins on our last night there! I highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants to unwind and enjoy a private corner of Montecito/Santa Barbara.

This suite was amazing, Scott and Debbie have a beautiful home right next to the beach. Not to mention their sweet dog Ollie. They were responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for restaurants and areas near SB. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! Right on the beach, quiet at night perfect location for all beach activities. My son and I played volleyball right north of the place in Ventura and we also drove to East Beach in Santa Barbara (only 30 minutes) to play as well. The house on the beach was perfectly decorated and everything had some thought put into for efficiency and thoughtfulness. Daniel was a great host and had all the beach gear…. Highly recommend for a relaxing each vacation!
