Holiday rentals with a patio in Montecatini Terme

Tammy and Eme were wonderful hosts. My wife and I booked for quite a long stay as part of a sabbatical in Italy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Casa al Poggio is in a quiet location, surrounded by spectacular countryside, between two small towns, each charming in its own way, and with easy access to both Florence and Siena. Tammy and Eme offered great recommendations regarding places to explore in the local area and a host of tips that helped us get the most out of our stay. We absolutely intend to return and stay with them again.

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay in Florence! We were immediately greeted by Marco who showed us around the Airbnb and offered many other fantastic restaurant and experience recommendations. He continued to be at our disposal our whole stay, and even helped make us dinner reservations, which was very helpful. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious, had a beautiful balcony, and was walkable to the rest of the city !!

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

Great location, right by the Duomo which is one of the most amazing features of the city. The apartment is on 2 levels with stairs, so may not be suitable for older visitors or kids but we had no trouble. The new AC worked well and the bed was really comfy, we slept so well. We enjoyed the outside terrace as the dome was so close. We had a great stay 👍🏻

Marta, the host, welcomed me very kindly and made me feel at home. Although the apartment is a little far from the city center, it was clean, cozy, and overall a wonderful place to stay.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

Short walk to the city center, but still private and quiet. The balcony is such a selling point of this place. My partner and I wish we could have stayed for a week or more, we felt so at home. We hope to come back next year!

As soon as I entered, it was a very cute and pretty accommodation. 🏡 It was a quiet neighborhood, so it wasn't noisy, and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the station. ~ There were many days when I came in late at night, but even after 11 o'clock, the neighborhood itself didn't look dangerous! The host kindly greeted me in person, and the accommodation was very clean and well-organized! All the tableware was provided, and there was a range and induction, so it was easy to cook and eat. There was water and champagne prepared in the fridge, and I drank well! The hotel didn't even give us water, so I was really impressed...🥹🤍 and I made a mistake in the middle and contacted you late, but I was grateful for your kind reply and understanding! I'll contact you when I have any questions, so I'd appreciate it if you could reply quickly! Oh, and the bed was so fluffy and comfortable. I rested comfortably in a nice accommodation. 🩷🩷

Beautiful house, with the charm of the old and a breathtaking view. The garden and pool are very well maintained and it feels good. Other people may also be on site, as the house is separated into several parts. On our side, we had no issues with the neighbors, and the place is big enough to have its own space. Communication with Barbara was great, she provided us with all the information we needed and responded promptly. Arriving by car is not that complicated, just make sure the GPS avoids a closed road. We followed Barbara's instructions and everything went well. All in all, this house allowed us to have a good time, to relax during our holidays, and its authentic charm caused a few touches of nostalgia.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

Mariarita's accommodation was beautiful. The garden is super well maintained and you have a great view of the Tuscan mountains. In the apartment there was everything you need. Mariarita answers questions very quickly and gives helpful tips. Thanks for a great stay:)

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

Italian hospitality at it's best. Nothing was too much and the most important thing to them was that we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, which we did. From there we were easily able to visit Lucca, Barga, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Panzano and the beach. The location and the view from the porch instantly relaxes you. On the last evening we sat on the porch, switched the lights off and watched the fire flies while drinking wine with our meats and cheeses collected from our trips. Do it, just book it.

I visited Adriana with some girlfriends and we had a truely lovely week. Adriana was happy to help if needed but also gave us enough space. I would definitely come back and recommend this place for a group of friends or even family’s because it’s quite a quiet area. You would definitely need a car to go shopping or for trips to see some sites in Tuscany. It was really clean and Adriana gave us enough towels and even beach towels! We felt very at home and welcomed!

First, a big compliment to Sandro. Communication was perfect. Although we didn't meet in person, we were able to communicate well. The house is fantastic. Much better than the pictures could ever say. This attention to detail is unique. We spent 5 weeks all over Italy incl. Sicily on the road. But this place was one of the nicest. Also a dream for our dogs. Everything fenced and all around real peace. We were all very comfortable. All major cities are easily accessible. Supermarket and restaurants plenty nearby. We did not have children with us, but Sandro is sufficiently cared for with games, play kitchen, cuddly toys and much more. I highly recommend this house. If we visit this area again, Sandro would be my first address.. Thanks for the nice time.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

We absolutely loved this place. The rooftop balcony was amazing and had the best view of the Duomo. We loved spending our mornings and evenings sitting there. It was a nice location because it was a 15 minute walk to the Duomo so you could be in the heart of Florence quickly, but were able to be out in a quieter area when you wanted to get away. There was a very nice cafe near that we enjoyed coffee and pastries at every morning. Jonny and Michelle were very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. They even were able to accommodate an early check-in so we weren't stuck dragging around our luggage for hours. If we were back in the area, I would book again!

This place is just magical. We spent 9 dream days in peace. Bianca and her parents welcomed us warmly and showed us around the residence next to their beautiful house, surrounded by nature and in the countryside (a car is essential to get there). The view is beautiful, and the panorama seen from the pool is even more beautiful than in the photos. The small path to the house is a perfect vantage point for sunset photos. The place of residence is simple but neat, and we had all the privacy we wanted. Bianca and her parents remained very discreet. Only the cat sometimes came to greet us without bothering us. Bianca even helped us make a reservation at one of the wonderful nearby restaurants. We will recommend this place of residence to our friends who want to visit Tuscany (Florence and Lucca nearby).

Everything was excellent. The only issue is the air condition, it was not cooling and the weather was hot .

Deanna warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home in the heart of Florence. Communication with her was effortless throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and incredibly spacious for four people, with two separate bedrooms. The bed was absolutely divine! The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short walk from the train station and all of Florence’s iconic landmarks. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit. Grazie mille, Deanna!

It was one of the amazing stays in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Thank you, Pauline, for being such a responsive and nice host! She gave us clear instructions, very good restaurant recommendations. We could leave our luggage bevor check-in and check-out. The room was clean, nice designed and decorated, well equipped with everything we needed. The location is peaceful and walkable from the center, from the airport and train station. Thank you again!
