Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Monte Testaccio

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

This is a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of the major sites in Rome. It is not luxurious, but it is very functional with a great bathroom and shower. We did not use the kitchen, heat, or a/c, so I cannot speak to that. I did not realize it was one flight up with no elevator, so that may be an issue for people who do not want to climb stairs. But that was not an issue for me. Overall, a great option and Antonello was a great host.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Simone pendiente de todo en todo momento. Muy próximas las paradas de metro y autobús, apenas 5 minutos andando. Restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados…. Zona cómoda para estar con niños.

Federico’s place was great for us a family of 5 including al elder and a child. The location is super close to the vatican museum and Plaza de St. Pedro. Close to restaurants, the metro station, etc. Will highly recommend to anyone wanting to be just a few blocks walk to the vatican. Federico was also very responsive and welcomed me himself to the place. Thank you Federico and hope to come back soon.

Perfect place for a long weekend in Rome. The location is unbeatable - so close to everything in Trastevere. We absolutely loved it. Check-in was super nice, uncomplicated and even possible a lot earlier than originally stated.

Tiene una ubicación excelente a pasos de plaza Navona, Panteón, F.Trevi, etc. Amplio, cómodo, ventanas en todos los ambientes. No tiene horno. Pero si microondas y electrodomésticos necesarios. Laura respondió a nuestro pedido y nos llamó un taxi para ir a Termini a las 5 de la mañana. Hermosa estadía!

L' host si è dimostrata subito una persona gentile e accogliente. L' appartamento è tenuto bene, perfettamente pulito e con servizi aggiuntivi. Facile da raggiungere. Il parcheggio dell' auto è all' interno della proprietà. Un grazie in particolare perchè l' host ci ha consigliato dove andare nei vari giorni sia per quanto riguarda il cibo che come luoghi turistici facendoci rimanere molto soddisfatti. Ci siamo trovati a nostro agio, molto consigliato.

Non abbiamo mai avuto un servizio come quello offerto da Cristiana e Pietro. Sono due persone squisite, aperte al dialogo e si fanno in 8 per soddisfare ogni tua richiesta (soprattutto ti aiutano con qualsiasi mezzo a loro disposizione) Considerato il periodo in cui siamo venuti a Roma (pieno di eventi, quindi con traffico intenso, problemi di parcheggio ecc), non potevamo trovare host migliore 😄

Simonetta e Max sono stati host davvero gentili e cordiali, rendendosi sin da subito molto disponibili. L'alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, piccolo ma curato in ogni dettaglio e molto probabilmente pulito. È un'oasi di relax immersa nel verde con tante attività a disposizione per intrattenere sia umani sia amici a quattro zampe! Ringrazio in particolare gli host per avermi donato una splendida giornata di compleanno. Ritornerò molto volentieri a soggiornare a Villa Bovari!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

Everything was pretty nice, i was even allowed to check in earlier than stated after they finished cleaning. The only thing that i must warn you is: If you fall for the bathtub on the advertised pictures, which was a main reason for me to take it, there is not enough hot water to fill it and host said it’s just for beauty not to use it so that was a bit dampening everything else is perfect and it looks very nice inside and feels like home. I managed to fill the bathtub with the water cooker but would be nice to know this before booking, i would expect a bigger boiler and not just a small kettle.

A lovely welcome from Pietro, who helped us in and showed us around his fabulous apartment to the strains of Bob Marley. We loved the apartment and absolutely did not want to leave. Hope to come back for another stay soon!

Villaya giriş dar ve trafiği işlek bir yoldan yapılıyor. Dış kapıdan çıkış ta çok kolay değil bu yüzden. Bir de sivrisinekler ile ilgili önlemizi alın.

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

What an incredible place hidden behind the wall! Immaculate and perfect place to use as a base to explore Rome. Bus stop outside and easy walking routes. The outside space was private and perfect to enjoy. Comfortable beds and excellent bathroom. Hosts were friendly and so helpful. Would 💯 recommend this place Will be back when next in Rome!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's place. The hosts are friendly and responsive, and the location is perfect, being walkable and convenient to groceries, markets, cafés, restaurants, and public transportation. We especially enjoyed the adjacent piazza, which offered endless opportunities for people watching and getting a sense of the local neighborhood. The apartment is well designed and makes surprisingly effective use of its modest size. We would be happy to stay here again.

Soggiorno fantastico, posizione ideale, a due passi dalla stazione. L'appartamento era spazioso, pulito e ben arredato, con tutte le comodità necessarie (Wi-Fi, aria condizionata).La zona era era tranquilla e silenziosa. L’host di casa è stato disponibilissimo. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione per un'esperienza autentica a Roma!

Nadia’s place was the perfect place to stay for our time in Rome. The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area with Trastevere close by foot or public transport. Public transport to the city center of Rome was also nearby. Nadia is hosting a very clean, pristine apartment and she was very helpful and kind. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this place, I couldn’t recommend it enough, the terrace is such a nice place to chill and have a glass of vino, it’s super spacious and well equipped and the host was very friendly and responsive and always catered to our needs (as well as leaving a bottle of wine for us and dropping us breakfast one morning ) Thank you guys!

One of the best airbnb offers and stays I ever had. Absolutely gorgeous localisation of the place at Monteverde/Janiculum hill, beautiful, pleasant, safe and quiet with couple of food shops and cafés in the close neighborhood, well connected with the city centre either by bus nr 75 (only 2 minutes from apartment) or wonderful walking tour down the hill to Trastevere and further. The place itself very cosy, comfortable and nice with outside garden patio for espresso chill with a view on lemon trees accompanied by bird singing or neighbour's saxophone jazz solos. Great bathroom with shower I would definitely steal and take to my home, if I could. Last but not least, a helpful and responsive owners Flaminia and Francesco, whom I hope I will have a chance to meet and personally say to them buongiorno and grazie during one of our next visits to Rome and stay at their Deliziosa casa con giardino, which we will definitely try to book first, if we get a chance. Grazie mille e arrivederci!
