We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We spent very pleasant moments in it. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. The house is in a great location, very quiet but also very close to the center of Porto Santo Stefano, impeccable cleanliness. Fabiana and her husband Mauro were perfect, responsive in responding to our requests without ever making us miss anything (with a very kind and caring attitude). I want to emphasize the commitment they put in to make us feel at home and accommodate any type of request, certainly super recommended for anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Porto Santo Stefano

Really enjoyed staying here. The housing itself is amazing. Spacious and comfortable beds. Only issue was the WiFi was not great. Parking could be an issue when busy. Would stay here again! She was extremely responsive and made check in easy. Some advice for the area - Be wary of using navigating when driving through Porto Santo Stefano. It is terrible and will get you stuck. We got stuck in an alleyway where a local had to come out and help us.

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

It was a little difficult to communicate in English, but it was nice thanks to my grandfather who was so kind. I was a little scared at first because I only stayed with two other guests, but thanks to that, I was able to have a quiet and relaxing time ~ I think it's better to enjoy relaxing than the expensive Agristurismo ~ Highly recommended 👍

The house was really very nice, there was everything you needed, including fresh drinks in the fridge, pasta, coffee, shampoo in the shower. The house was very clean and super hospitable, with a really nice courtyard. Giuliano is a guy at hand and very nice, a really nice person. I hope to see you again soon 😊

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

a week with the sea in front of the house, lido or free beach, very clean water, boats far from the shore. Very cool apartment. Hot water with outdoor and indoor shower. Host who provided me with precise directions and in a very short time, solving all my problems. Restaurants nearby, even on foot. Porto Santo Stefano 4 minutes by car, Orbetello 6 km. Road a little busy and noisy, but the entrance is at the back.

Fabulous house and priceless view of the Giglio. Fabiola's place is a dream. The host was also always helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend the place.

The room's highlight is the panoramic view from the private terrace. Room as pictured. Small but well-structured. Fabrizio and Francesco were always very helpful in providing directions and in supporting check-in and check-out needs. The Scooter available for guests is a really useful service.

We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

We had a great stay at Paolo's. The view is absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed ourselves out on the terrace. Short distance to the beach and the city.

Filippo was the best host to have. He and his family are the most kind people I interacted with throughout my entire trip to Italy. The space itself is just as it is listed, everything worked perfectly, and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Being on the top floor of the complex gives a great view of the surorunding area and it was cool and breezy with the windows open. I could not have asked for a better experience and homebase for my travels.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. Francesca was exceptionally kind and provided us with many helpful recommendations about local attractions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My friend and I were warmly welcomed and everything was shown and explained to us. We were allowed to use a wide variety of herbs and vegetables from the farm garden. We got fresh eggs and homemade olive oil. We were also allowed to taste the wine and bought a few bottles right away. The three farm dogs are sweet and we have taken them to heart. We were allowed to use the bicycles and Edoardo showed us the way to the park. All in all, the Agriturismo is highly recommended and we had a very nice time. Thank you!
