Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. The house is located below the cathedral of Sovana. Gate with electronic opening and possibility of access by car. Around the house there is a garden with partially fenced olive trees. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., my mother will be waiting for you at Via del Duomo 58 at the honey house (our company store) to accompany you to the house.
