Beach house holiday rentals in Monte Argentario

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a really magical, quiet stay here. The apartment is very spartan and is missing certain things in the kitchen (a kettle, a chopping board and wine glasses would be nice!) but nothing vital. The main draw is the location though - just metres from the beach! It's also an easy walk from the port if you don't have a car. I would say it's even better than in the photos. It has a lovely little patio with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting with a book and a drink at the end of the day. The hosts were also really friendly and communicative when I had any questions. I would love to come back!

The perfect house! Why? Beauty of nature and landscape, strategic location, privacy, external and internal services, cleanliness, kitchen equipment (including barbecue), availability, kindness of Annamaria and Marcello. Everything exceeded expectations and was better than the photos. The house is so cozy that you could stay there for days without leaving. We are golfers and enjoyed the proximity to Argentario golf. We also took advantage of Annamaria's valuable tips regarding beaches, restaurants and boat rides with Paolo, a lovable sailor with whom we saw otherwise unreachable beaches and took unforgettable baths on the high seas. In short, 10 wonderful days, a holiday of absolute relaxation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Don't miss out on this opportunity.

The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area The private road to the sea is an impeccable shortcut! Paola and her family are very discreet, polite and friendly people, they immediately make you feel comfortable and at home. The accommodation has a breathtaking view and unique privacy, everything is well maintained,clean and modern and is located a few minutes from Porto Santo Stefano and comfortable if you want to move to the Argentario and Orbetello. 5 stars Stra deserved !

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

We really liked the view from the terrace, something incredible, the variety is suitable for housing. Very friendly owner quickly answered our questions, very friendly and knows her job. We are delighted with the location. The only thing this accommodation needs is Wi-Fi and air conditioning. For us, the Internet was a problem we came from Canada because we had no connection. But we liked everything else very much! Thanks to the owner and the member sincere congratulations!

Book NOW! Incredible stay at Cristianas! You wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the waves in the cove. The port is only a few steps away with all restaurants and bars- excellent location! Will be back! Short walk to Cannelle beach which is a must! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

We stayed in Gianluca's apartment for 10 days and we enjoyed it very much. Gianluca was always very accessible and implemented everything super quickly. The apartment is well equipped with basic things. We only missed an electric kettle and a larger coffee machine. But we were also able to solve this well and it did not affect our vacation. We would rent the apartment again!

Laura was a very attentive and kind host. Available for any requests for clarification and any need for intervention. We had a small inconvenience with the keys to the external gate promptly resolved. She has provided all the necessary directions for entering the house and activities in the surroundings. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay... just what we were looking for!

We had wonderful days at Andrea's place. The house is very nice and practically furnished. You have a nice porch to eat and relax. The hosts Andrea and also others on the property are very nice and happy to help. We got tomatoes, grapes, etc. From our own cultivation and our son was allowed to help with the grape harvest. The pool is very clean and you have a great view of the sea from there. A sandy beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car - the only problem you have to drive back a huge detour due to one-way streets. The surroundings are beautiful but you can do little and have to drive far to a larger shop. But all in all a great vacation!

From the window....the sea! We had a wonderful vacation in the apartment in Cala Piccola, in the Argentario. The location is simply perfect, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view of the sea. The private beach is a real gem, with crystal clear waters and a quiet atmosphere. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Porto Santo Stefano is on the back side of an island that pictures cannot capture! Had no problem finding the location, but did need to communicate with the care taker who did not speak English. I did not expect it and with hand gestures and google translator we got the job done! The Sea is certainly the star of the house and there were wonderful masks and fins of all sizes to use to explore the sea! The pool was reachable by car but walking was a little tricky with the thinness of the road. Once arriving at the restaurant who had a fully stocked bar and then going down to the pool level there were lifeguards for the pool as well as the sea. Ample chairs and umbrellas with restroom facilities with kickboards were all available.

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

Mariella was very kind and very helpful. The location of the apartment is very central to get around on foot, without having to take the car. A parking lot with the time drive is a 3-minute walk away. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, small, cozy and with everything you need for your stay.

We spent almost a month in this home. It is truly a gem. Alberto is truly an exceptional host. He is very responsive and makes you feel at home. The kitchen is very well stocked as we had many family meals there. The views are incredible from this home. Thank you Alberto for being amazing. . We will return.

The apartment impresses with its view of the sea from the large kitchen window. The terrace with sea view is also very attractive. On the terrace, we lacked loungers to relax. The apartment is located in a quiet environment and close to the old town. The kitchen is well equipped. The toilet has only a little space to the shower, which is a bit tight for tall people. Overall, we felt very comfortable in the apartment from the beginning and enjoyed the time.

Perfect stay! Marina's house is a small corner of peace: compact but extremely functional, impeccably clean and really equipped with everything you need (and more). Every detail is taken care of with attention and practicality. The outdoor space, although small, is well organized and guarantees excellent privacy for relaxing. A stone's throw from the sea, in a quiet area, ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort. The bed is very comfortable and you sleep in absolute silence. Marina was very kind, always available and welcoming. A stay that I recommend without hesitation!

Everything is great, super helpful host

We had a lovely time in your apartment. The amenities were very good, dishwasher, stove with oven, modern furniture. The apartment is quietly located near the beach, with a small garden. A good starting point for things to do in the surrounding area.

We were delighted to spend a few weeks at Marco's place. Marco & Louisa were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The house is beautifully decorated and offered all the comfort we needed. The surroundings are astonishing and inspiring. As nature enthusiasts, we loved exploring the area, whether by foot or by bike, with plenty of great options to choose from.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in a villa with a beautiful view of the fortress and the marina. The facility is not the newest, but it is in very good condition and we didn't miss anything, except for sunbeds. We expected the villa to be closer to the beach, but it is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and a good part of that by stairs.
