Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Montclair

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

We were there to celebrate family bdays and a graduate. All of our adult kids and a couple spouses were there. Loved the neighborhood, the deer and looking at houses. Beds were super comfy, sheets and towels were lovely. So much space. Even with 10 of us, easy to find quiet spaces. Kitchen is awesome, every dish and glass you would ever need. Spent time in the yard and on the deck. We all LOVED the space.

We had a great time at Luz’s place. She was very responsive and proactive. The place itself is perfect for a couple and the views/lake access are the biggest perk. Very close to many great restaurants (all within a 7 min drive) and not far from other great places if you don’t mind driving a bit further. It was the perfect place for a long weekend and we hope to be back soon!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Shante’s home! We used to live in the area and had returned for a family event. The house was easily accessible and exactly as described. The fun basement set up left no shortage of places to hang out, and the 5 bedrooms let us stretch out. We were able to do laundry, play games and spend LOTS of time in the excellent back yard! Not only did Shante have kid and baby gear for us (kids are 7, 4 and 1), but a wonderful Canterbury park was just a 5 minute walk away!! We spent hours in the yard and at the park! We had every item we needed in the house, and enjoyed visiting our old neighborhood!! Shante was great to work with and extremely responsive, we will definitely be back again soon!!

Chandra’s place was perfect for our stay. It’s incredibly quiet although close to a highway. It had everything we could need, even coffee available for use which was great. Beautiful home! Thank you Chondra!

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

I truly enjoyed my stay; I was here for a week. Aida and Arianny were accommodating and the place was very clean and comfortable! Aida is kind — she made me this amazing tea and whenever I would run into her outside we would have a great conversation. The neighborhood is quiet as well.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön eingerichtet und es war alles da um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Es war alles sauber und die Wohnung sowie die Umgebung ruhig. Es gab einen sehr guten Lebensmittelladen mit frischem Obst und Gemüse in 7 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß. Es war einfach ins Stadtzentrum zu gelangen. Für 2 Personen sollte man am Tag zwischen 36-42$ für eine schnelle Reise zur Central Station einplanen. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen. 👍

Terence was a great host; friendly, reached out and promptly answered a question that I had which proved to be quite helpful. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed staying in Hoboken; it’s a nice city in its own right with brownstones, lots of restaurants and the river walk which provides a great view of NYC.

I had a great time, attended a local concert with a friend of mine and it was close by. Not even a five minute lyft ride. There was a restaurant right across the street, the gym was perfect, and the deck overlooking Newark while looking over the water to New York City. Will rebook next time I'm in town.

This is the perfect place to stay if you wanna be close to the City of New York and New Jersey. I was in town for a graduation and I wanted to throw a cookout as well. And Miss Mabel’s home provided me with everything I needed to host a cookout. I would definitely stay here again.

I felt home at once in this beautifully furnished place. Antony was friendly and welcoming, and I could not have been more comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and was not noisy, and I found everything I needed within a short walk. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and although 6 stars is not a rating, I was more comfortable here than at many other places I have rated with a 5. I recommend it without reservation.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Raquel's place. The house is neat, stylish and in a very secure environment. The rooms, towels and sheets were clean and hygienic. The kitchen was very well equipped that we barely had to buy anything for cooking. There was a quaint little table for two, which is good to have evening or morning coffee in. Since there is two doors for the unit, one black and one teal, the place is super secure. It is also very conveniently near to public transports and has good connectivity to most of the places. The host was super responsive and kind. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and comfortable during our stay. We'd definitely book with her again. 10/10 would recommend for everyone

David was proactive and had a quick turn around time to help us with everything from checking in to finding all amenities, and helping fix issues really quick.

This is one of the most amazing Airbnb’s in a super convenient location to multiple Path stations. King is a resourceful host, helpful and available for any queries. Would highly recommend this airbnb and would love to return when in NYC!

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
