Sylvain and Clara were brilliant hosts. They sent lots of instructions before arriving which were slightly difficult to figure out but they were so responsive and replied to any concerns very quickly helping fix that issue. The place was lovely and clean and had everything you needed in it. Everything we wanted was walking distance from the apartment and very close to the train station.

Sebastien is really nice. And the room is clean. We like it.

Really good! The hosts were very available for our arrival. Nice little accommodation, very consistent with the photos, the garden is charming. It is located a stone's throw from the train station and the sea. I recommend it.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Everything was great! We were able to check in at 7 in the morning and Alex was always reachable. The view was breathtaking! It was just as everything was exactly as described and as in the photos. The only thing we have to complain about is that one bed for two was a bit too tight but that made up for the view! If we end up in this area again, we will definitely come back :)

Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared for us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. A big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

Excellent value for money. Very large apartment, very well cared for, with everything very clean and tidy. The area is unbeatable with the beach and downtown nearby, and the tram to the airport right next door, with streets with public (paid) parking right there. Elevator that was always working perfectly. The appliances are modern and well maintained. Hosts always had wonderful communication! On a personal level, I was uncomfortable with the spring mattress (something hard as you have some back or neck problem), but I slept on the couch, it's very comfortable haha

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Good location great host can’t complain.

A great flat just same as picture even better in person. Proactive hosts and frequently texted me to make sure everything. Loved the pool for residents. Sadly didn’t have chance to go to a beach close by. But it wasn’t good location if you don’t have car. Spent much money and time for the buses and train. Took 20mins by walk to go to Antibes station. And sometimes 620 bus comes every 30minutes/1h from Nice after evenings. But calmer and private place. It was a great deal. Highly recommended if they have a car even if you don’t, still a good deal.
