Holiday rentals with a patio in Mont Boron, Nice

A most magical place. Thank you for a beautiful, perfectly located, and generous accommodations. We were so comfortable and enchanted with being able to stay here. It was clean and inviting. We appreciate the communication, ease in getting situated, and the hospitality of snacks and drinks. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

A five star apartment from a five star host. Cannot say enough good things about both this apartment and our wonderful host Nico. Nico was the perfect host friendly, attentive and very helpful. The apartment is to a very high standard. It’s in a great location, 10 minutes from the old town and promenade des Anglais. Plenty excellent bars, shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Walking distance to Nice train station. The sun deck was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day with our complimentary bottle of wine. A very nice touch! Highly recommend

This apartment is beautiful and has everything you need! So close to the harbour, restaurants and shops. Very clean! The host was extremely flexible with check-in, and checkout was easy. Cute little balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Everything is of high quality and high tech.

Great October break, location was excellent. Have been to Nice a number of times but not stayed in this area before which meant got to explore different areas and find some different places to eat. It was very easy to relax in the property and loved having the balconies to use.

This is a great place to spend your vacation! Great view; near the beach, supermarket and tram stop.

My wife and I, visiting the French Riviera for our honeymoon, were so happy that we found your place and opted to stay here. Perfect location! If your are visiting Nice, you must stay in Old Town for your first time. The flat is located perfectly in the center of the Old Town flower market. We were able to get fresh fruit and pastries right out our front door as well as fresh flowers to decorate our stay. There are great local restaurants and being only steps from the promenade was amazing for the views, drinks, and beach access. As for the hosts, Gerhard and Raffi were exceptional. They provide a detailed guide with local recommendations, travel suggestions, and clear instructions for the flat which was most helpful. They are extremely timely and reply to any questions almost immediately. They were so helpful. Do not hesitate to book this place! It is a gem! Superhosts, super stay!

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

I love the greenery n very peaceful mood. I love the interior and the host Julien was so very kind and respsonsive. I chose this place because the parking is convenient and easy.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

This spot was peaceful and just what I needed. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Short walk (1km) to the beach, otherwise not a lot to do around. Would stay again!

Beautiful pool and garden, nice private place, very clean and Sandra is lovely, very friendly, helpful. I did have a bit of trouble finding the place because my Google maps took me down the end of the road, so that's something to be aware of.

We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 11. The villa was lovely, exactly how it looks in the images. We stayed local for the first night and walked to a local restaurant for dinner. The villa was also a great base to explore other areas, we got taxis to both Nice and Cannes. Jesper was also super helpful and had great communication. We would definitely recommend this villa :)

Veronique was a wonderful host. The location of the apartment and amenities made for a trip to Nice we will never forget. On top of it all, she was an incredibly accommodating and kind. I would absolutely recommend her home to anyone interested in travelling to the area.

The room is on the first floor, and it is very convenient to go there with large luggage.The room is small but fully furnished.The host responds quickly, but the internet company needs to do maintenance, and the internet is not good.The location of the room is very close to the railway, very convenient!

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Ghislaine’s place is so dreamy! Quiet and private up on a hill with a beautiful view. It’s compact but perfectly appointed; we could have stayed comfortably for much longer! Excellent shower and air conditioning, easy entry, and nice little balcony overlooking the lush courtyard. Gated entry makes it feel very safe and secluded even though you’re in the heart of old Nice. Note that cars are not allowed in old town and there are a number of stairs to get to the apartment, so pack accordingly. Ghislaine was very kind and accommodating with excellent instructions for us. Thanks so much!

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Incredible apartment. Anyone looking to enjoy Nice and wants to have a quiet, peaceful escape this is the place to stay. The backyard and the hammock was such a treat that was enjoyed each evening. The apartment itself is set up perfectly with a comfortable bedroom with its own air conditioner and then a great set ip outside with the kitchen and living room with its own air conditioner. Viran was a great host with very clear instructions and responsive to questions. I would recommend Viran’s place in a heartbeat and on my next return trip to Nice will seek out his place to stay again.

The apartment is perfect , it is comfortable , well equipped which allows you to have a great stay! Location is ideal if you want to visit the coast! Good restaurants next door. Mélanie and James are amazing hosts...very responsive and attentive , we had a great dialogue with them!! If you want to have a great time on the coast , this is the place!!!
