Really enjoyed my stay! The flat was really nice, clean, sunny and near to a lot of restaurants and the old port. The little desk area was really handy for working. I felt that I had everything that needed for my 10 days stay. I will definitely try to come back.

Lovely apartment in a private part of Villefranche. Delia was very quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful balcony with port views. Could sit there for hours! Nothing against the property or owner but would suggest either having a car or using taxis as very hilly with suitcases to walk. Would definitely recommend!

This is such a gem of a place - Valerie is exceptionally responsive and made it so easy. I got the tram all the way to port lympia, and the apartment is just 5 mins walk away. It’s in a cool part of Nice and right next door to a natural wine bar and local antique shops. Recommend renting e-bikes - great way to get around. Valerie was so helpful and welcoming and the apartment is very quiet and such a find! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much Valerie.

Tolle Lage, trotzdem ruhig. In der Wohnung gibt es wirklich alles, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt benötigt. Top Ausstattung, schöner Balkon. Falls man ein Auto hat, sollte man wissen, dass der Parkplatz ausreichend ist für kleinere Autos, mit sehr langem Suv hat es jedoch nicht gereicht. Wir konnten aber gut auf der Straße parken.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé à côté du Port, des restaurants, de la mer et des promenades. L’appartement est très calme et joliment décoré. Je recommande!

The location is simply perfect—just steps away from all the highlights of Nice, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it. Whether you’re exploring the Old Town, heading to the beach, or enjoying a café around the corner, everything is within easy reach. Gregory was an outstanding host—his communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout, and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Perfectly located apartment for exploring Nice. Easy walk to the Port and the old town. Very close to the station to catch a train for a day trip to Monaco and a great base for a road cycle up into the mountains. Only a few minutes walk to the tram station for a tram straight back to airport. Very responsive host. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Davids Studio. We felt incredibly comfortable from the very first second! He has thought of EVERYTHING in his studio!! He gave us the best tips at check-in and was always available throughout the week to answer any questions we had about Nice! Perfect Host & Perfect Studio (very clean and Perfect location! This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here and this place exceeded all expectations! It was even bigger in person than in the photos, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made us feel completely at home. From the well-equipped kitchen and laundry to the filled ice cube trays and welcome snacks, every detail was considered. The air conditioning was excellent, and we really appreciated the ample storage and the clothesline on the balcony – our clothes dried super quickly in the heat! The host went above and beyond, even providing a handy guidebook that led us to some great local restaurants. The location was perfect – just a short stroll to beautiful, quieter beaches and close to lovely spots to eat. It was also really easy to walk to the train station, making day trips to other cities a breeze. Overall, incredible value and one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

O apartamento é uma graça. Cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso. Cozinha bem equipada e a vista é um sonho. De fato, não há tanta privacidade no terraço, mas os meus vizinhos eram ótimos e você pode ficar à vontade, porque todos aproveitam o espaço externo, que é um deslumbre. O check-in e check-out foram impecáveis com a Alexandra. Eu voltaria com certeza. A mesa de madeira fica na entrada do condomínio, ou seja, não fica na varanda privativa, mas um boa opção para receber se você está com mais amigos no condomínio ou na região. Adorei e voltaria com certeza! Adorável.

Ich habe mich in Antoines Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist groß und geräumig. Ein Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne hoch über der Straße mit Blick bis zum Hafen. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hof raus und ist daher wunderbar ruhig. Schönes, angenehmes Haus, freundliche Nachbarn. Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima. Sehr zentral und alle gut zu erreichen und trotzdem in einem richtigen Wohnviertel mit Bäckern, Metzgern, Fischgeschäften, Supermärkten und natürlich Bars, Cafés und Restaurants... Die Kommunikation mit Antoine war sehr freundlich und sehr schnell. Er hatte gute Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps parat und war auch ansonsten sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

This was the perfect base from which to do the Nice half marathon. Jacqui’s apartment is roomy, comfy and perfectly located, within easy walking distance to shops, port, beach and restaurants. Jacqui was brilliant with communication before and during the trip. We had a great few days and would certainly recommend this accommodation and/or happily book again. Thank you Jacqui!

Un vrai petit havre de paix : appartement lumineux, décoré avec goût, et parfaitement situé à deux pas de la plage. La terrasse et le spa sont un vrai plus. Parking et commerces à proximité. Calme, confort et accueil impeccable. On recommande sans hésiter !

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!
