Numerous free parking spots are available nearby. In the heart of the Port of Nice, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a typical Niçoise house. Crossing, very bright and sunny, hyper-calm, recently renovated, it brings a warm living environment and contemporary decoration. It benefits from the view of the pier of the port and the sea as on that of the hill of the castle (associated photos). You can accommodate four people in a well-distributed and comfortable apartment. The bright living room of 20 m2 (two windows) has a lounge area (sofa bed in 160) and a well-equipped American kitchen. Meal for 4, at the counter or at the table of the liftable living room. TV/DVD and broadband internet access. The room has a double bed and large storage spaces. The bathroom is attached and benefits like the bedroom from a large window. Particular attention is paid to spaces optimized for your comfort: many storage areas, quality new linen and bedding, chosen furniture, appliances and neat dishes. Its privileged location ensures absolute calm (pedestrian crossing) and proximity to everything! Guests benefit from the apartment in its entirety. Numerous free public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. An exchange by email is desired as well as the acceptance of a rental contract simplified and adapted to seasonal rentals. The owner is in the same neighborhood and ensures the direct link with the tenants (contacts, reception, departure). Walk through the historic district, dear to locals and tourists alike. The accommodation is ideally located, close to the port, beaches, old Nice and Promenade des Anglais. It is home to many typical shops and restaurants. The plan provided by the owner facilitates access to the accommodation by car and specifies the many free and public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. From the airport, access by taxi or bus that takes you to the port. Regional bus stop (Monaco, Menton..) close to the accommodation. Everything can be done on foot or by bike (blue bike for rent). Tramwau airport/port scheduled for autumn 2019! Great availability of the owner to facilitate the stay of the tenants: local and regional information, restaurants, shops, beaches and places of interest.... Only a 9-10 minute walk from Villefranche Sur Mer's old town, you will find this luxurious penthouse apartment in a very well-kept residence. All of the apartment was renovated to a very high standard in 2015. The job was conducted by interior designer. The terraces with a total area of 36 m2, have a lovely panoramic view of the bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and towards Beaulieu Sur Mer. Good sun with sun from morning to evening. Every room has its own terraces. The apartment has several parking spaces at its disposal.

Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!
