We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

Jin’s instructions were very helpful and they were very responsive when I had questions. The place was very nice, clean, quiet, with lots of bird song. The neighborhood is lovely, very walkable with good restaurants, coffeehouses, and a Trader Joe’s. The Metro is 1/2 mile away which will take you downtown so no driving. Would definitely stay there again.

Prince has been so accommodating to our schedule so first I want to thank him for his kindness and patience. Parking is super easy, and the location is prime. The area is safe and the airbnb is spacious and well kept. Highly recommend!

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

I can’t say enough about how much Fiona and her family made us feel at home. We are fire evacuees and we’re bounced from one place to another until we settled at her home. They even gave us avocados from their tree and brought us famous local donuts! I was surprised by the amazing restaurants nearby — particularly Ethiopian, Thai and sushi gems. But most of all we are grateful for the stability of a comfortable home with great outdoor space to get back on our feet. Thanks Fiona!

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

My husband and I and our two cats needed a place to stay while our home is on the market. Everything in the house is in great condition and works well. Amber was very responsive when I reached out with questions. I made a couple of suggestions to add instructions for future guests, but I always figured things out eventually and everything in the house worked fine. The beds are very firm but my husband and I slept well on them. The location of the house at the end of the freeway near Huntington Blvd is super convenient but pretty noisy due to the traffic especially during commute hours. Once inside it isn’t too bad and it never woke me at night. I wish the outside of the house was given as much thought and care as the inside. Overall the house was clean and comfortable and priced fairly for the area.

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

Victoria's house is comfortable and well-appointed. The decor is peaceful and throughful, and the kitchen is extremely well provisioned. We enjoyed cooking and lounging on the deck. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking. The use of the garage was much appreciated and necessary if you have two cars. The house guide had clear instructions. Overall, a great visit.

Very cute and small space but still spacious for 5 people. Has everything you need in the kitchen. Great location. Close by to the highway, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host was very friendly and responsive. We had a great and comfortable stay here.

We stayed at Anna's place not as vacationers but as refugees from the devastating Eaton fires. We needed a place to rest, regroup, and find solace. This home provided refuge and comfort. It is the most thoughtfully appointed AirBNB we have EVER stayed at. We didn't have to worry about the little amenities that you normally only find at the highest-end resort. There is plenty of room to stretch out and the house is nicely decorated without being fussy. While this place is pet friendly, it hardly seemed like somewhere anyone has kept animals! The entire home was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. Anna is considerate, compassionate, and fast to communicate. I cannot imagine a better place to have landed in the most trying of times.

Very serene surroundings in a lovely garden with spring blooms, makes people very relaxed. The interior decors are in good taste with several good coffee table books. Ellie is helpful, responsive and caring, she makes people feel like at home. We and our dog have had a wonderful time in her property.

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!
