Holiday rentals in Mondello Beach

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s. So close to the beach which was exactly what we were after but also close to bus transportation to travel into Palermo Old Town. Would highly recommend!

Mali sme prekrásny pobyt, apartmán má komplet vybavenie určite odporúčam, blízko pláže a iba 25 minút autobusom do centra Palerma... v blízkosti aj free parking a pod bytovkou vynikajúca pekáreň (slane/sladke) všetko čerstvé a teplé takže o raňajky či snack máte postarané...

Un havre de paix à deux pas de Mondello ☀️ Maria m’a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse. Elle prend le temps de partager ses conseils, aussi bien pour découvrir les sites incontournables que pour profiter des commerces de quartier. Son accueil chaleureux fait vraiment la différence. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, très confortable, et la climatisation y est un vrai atout, surtout en été! Les deux terrasses offrent un espace de vie extérieur exceptionnel. J’ai même eu la chance d’admirer un feu d’artifice depuis l’une d’elles le dernier soir. Ce logement est aussi idéalement situé : proche de la plage sans en subir l’agitation. Un parfait équilibre entre tranquillité et proximité. Je recommande sans hésitation !! On se dit souvent que les 5 étoiles sont trop belles pour être vraies… et pourtant, Maria les mérite toutes. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La casa è bellissima, accogliente e immersa in una zona tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una gradita sorpresa: una bottiglia di prosecco, e poco dopo ci ha deliziato con dei pasticcini — un tocco davvero premuroso. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: ci ha dato ottimi consigli su cosa fare nei dintorni, ci ha fornito il contatto di un tassista di fiducia e, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato, ci ha permesso di restare oltre l’orario di check-out, visto che avevamo un volo in tarda serata e la nostra bambina doveva fare il pisolino pomeridiano. Un gesto di vera ospitalità! Consigliamo caldamente questo alloggio e speriamo di ritornarci presto!

C’était un moment hors du temps. Mon seul regret, c’est de ne pas y être restée plus longtemps. C’était bien plus que parfait : la vue est incroyable, le quartier est calme… Une véritable bulle, un instant magique. L’hôte est très gentille et souriante, tout était parfaitement propre. Je recommande à 100 % !

Valeria è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile. E una padrona di casa attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti, anche nei dettagli. La casa è perfetta nell'arredamento , negli spazi e la posizione è favolosa. Tutto assolutamente perfetto.

Our stay at Giuliano's apt in Mondello Beach was on point. The apt itself, the convenient and secure parking, the surrounding area and proximity to the beach and the piazza w restaurants was excellent. As a host, he left nothing to be desired - one night someone at a party nearby had parked in our spot and after exhausting all efforts to locate them and get them out, we contacted Giuliano who responded immediately at a very late hour and showed up right away without complaint to help us. I hesitate to add this because I dont want to make it seem like parking was a problem because it was not at all besides this one strange instance, I only want to illustrate the host's commitment to our comfortable stay at all times. We would absolutely stay here again! If you come, and you love to swim- be sure to visit the Riserva di Capo Gallo a few minutes up the coast from the Mondello piazza and main beach. It's based on rock formations and is a beautiful spot, the best we have been in Sicily.
