Lovely bright flat of about 100 sqm, on the ground floor of a two floors villa, just 350 meters from the famous Mondello beach, in a green and quiet street. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen with every comfort, 1 bathroom with shower, back courtyard with outdoor shower and table for dinner. Nice and cosy flat on the 3rd floor without lift of the 16th-century Palazzo Pantelleria. Large double bedroom with a view of the church and another double bed on the mezzanine. Large living room with equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Equipped with heating, air conditioning, wifi. LOCATION: We are in the pedestrian Piazza Meli, right in the centre! The atmosphere at the Ferramenta is magical, like their Gin Tonic and the chef's dishes! Not for those seeking absolute quiet!
