Holiday rentals with beach access in Mondello Beach

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

Wonderfully spacious apartment within walking distance of Mondello beach. Ideal to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city of Palermo, but still close to the city. The apartment looked fantastic and is equipped with every comfort.

The house is really nicely decorated. We found it very clean at our check-in. We especially liked the roof terrace with a view of the sunset over the sea and the mountains. Communication with Salvatore worked perfectly. Happy to come back :)

Stefania was an incredible host!! She gave us many recommendations for local restaurants to get the authentic Palermo experience! The beaches nearby were gorgeous. Well worth what we paid, Mondello is a beautiful area. We felt right at home! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

We had a lovely stay at this place. The premises were very clean and spacious. Having a full bathroom per room is a considerable asset for a large family. Our hosts were proactive and responsive. They were very kind, gave us a lot of advice and recommendations. Everything went smoothly and easily. Upon arrival, basic food was waiting for us in the fridge and in the cupboards, which we greatly appreciated after a long trip. The accommodation is easily accessible and free and shaded parking just in front was always available, which is a significant advantage in the area, often crowded due to the nearby beach. The only drawback is the fact that the accommodation is next to a rather noisy boulevard. It is difficult to relax on the terrace because the noise of cars, trucks and motorcycles is incessant from morning to night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palermo, thanks to Maria and Livio’s hospitality. They were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process - accommodating our later arrival and departure, and providing a detailed optional itinerary with sightseeing recommendations around Palermo. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and it was a lovely and memorable stay.

We just loved this place! Valeria and her father Aldo were delightful hosts, always at the ready to help with whatever we needed. The apartment is the entire second floor (American) of a large, elegant house facing the public part of the beach at Mondello--which meant that we simply walked out the door and into the ocean, bringing only our keys and towels. The cheerful sounds of the beach float up to the balcony, where we spent many hours watching the world go by. Yet it was peaceful and quiet at night because the street between the house and beach is entirely closed to car traffic June 3 to September 30. Tons of restaurants nearby, and a 20-25 minute drive to the centers of Palermo and to Monreale. After exploring each day we came home to evening swims. Note: this is a home with personality where a family was raised, not a sterile condo. We loved its homey vibe, lived-in quality, and generous space. Beds, AC, showers, kitchen were all clean and functioned well. Hope to be back soon!

The host was very helpful. View was great from the apartment. We enjoyed bus trip from the apartment to central Palermo and beach.😊

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Luciana and her family were wonderful to deal with and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a building in their garden. They kindly allowed us to use their drive to park our hire car. The apartment has a beautiful roof terrace which is accessed via an outdoor spiral staircase. A great place to have a morning coffee or to enjoy a good book, the view is great and there’s even a view of the beach through the houses. The apartment is compact but with everything you could need (especially air con!). Mondello is a great place to base yourself for trips to see things on the North, west and central areas of Sicily. Luciana and Valerio spoke the same amount of English as I do Italian, ie not very much, but this didn’t hinder our communication and friendliness. Their lovely daughter Laura messaged us in English regularly so it was very easy to communicate. I would highly recommend this wonderful place to stay in Sicily.

We had three very nice days at Casa Limon. Werner is a helpful, friendly host. Communication before the trip was great. Werner responds very quickly and gives very accurate information. The place is clean and equipped with everything you might need. The city center and the beach are very easily accessible on foot and you can always find a parking space on the street. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

very nice place to stay in mondello. everything was perfect. the only problem we had was weak reception of wifi in the bedroom but we had 20gb mobile data so it was not a problem we couldn't cope with it

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Leti's apartment was great. We had a private outdoor terrace/balcony where we watched the world go by when we weren't out ourselves. There is a plethora of restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped for the 2 dinners we made there, all with supplies from the grocery store down the street. The 2 separate washrooms were also very convenient with 4 of us staying there. We very much appreciated the coffee maker, which brewed American-style coffee. There was also an espresso machine Leti's apartment was a great spot from which to explore the strip in Modello and the surrounding area. Thanks very much, Leti!

Easy check-in with special thanks to Antonella for patiently waiting for us to arrive. Michele and Doriana were responsive and very helpful, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The home is as described in pics, and perfectly positioned for an incredible view of the sunrise. The area is easy to walk with beaches, shops, restaurants, bakeries, cafes and more nearby. Inside the home is decorated with amazing artworks and paintings that almost made us forget the natural beauty outside. Gabbiano Blu is a heavenly slice of Sicily. Highly recommended! Thank you Michele and Doriana for sharing your beautiful home in a beautiful location!

My husband and I spent four nights at Daniele’s place and just simply wish we could stay there longer. The apartment was very nice; spacious, fresh and very clean, with the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the view of the harbor. Parking spot, right by the apartment, was priceless. Daniele and Claudia were amazing hosts; kind, friendly, always super responsive. We would love to stay in their place again!

what a stunning place. the apartment was exactly as pictured and in such a beautiful place. the view in a morning with coffee is just what I needed. massimo and luisa were perfect hosts and I can honestly say two of the most genuine lovely people. gave lots of lovely reccomendations and advice for getting around. I cannot wait to go back!

Santo was very warm and kind. He gave us very good recommendations and received us right away to show us everything. The accommodation is in an ideal location between the terminal and the center. Best location possible. I was also lucky enough to receive a very nice cultural gift from beautiful Palermo. I was able to take a book from the accommodation home that interested me as much as Italian culture. Santo's house is beautiful, everything neat and comfortable. I recommend staying several days and traveling by car wherever you want. I'd visit a thousand times more. Thank you, Santo and family!

The apartment was great, all super clean, couldn’t ask for more, anything i could needed was there and more. Super comfortable and although was nice warm weather we didn’t felt the need to use the AC. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, some really good local restaurants away from the tourist traps. Really enjoyed the stay.

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures
